If you want an idea of what is going on in Canada under Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, listen to the interview that Fox News‘ Tucker Carlson had with Tamara Lich’s attorney, Keith Wilson. Tamara was one of the leaders of the Freedom Convoy 2022 protest in Ottawa earlier this year, calling for an end to Trudeau’s COVID mandates. Wilson said that Trudeau has weaponized Canada’s justice system, as the 49-year-old grandmother spent 49 days in jail. The truckers who are in Ottawa calling for an end to the Omicron mandates are giving Canadians and people around the world the courage to stand up to the elitist politicians and mainstream media and say enough is enough. People have been scared to oppose the mandates publicly. A recent CTV article in Canada, started off with these mocking words, “The so-called ‘Freedom Convoy’ protest.” A subtle warning that anyone opposing the government’s mandates will be targeted. Anyone publicly opposing Trudeau’s Omicron mandates should also expect to be labeled as a Nazi or racist by the country’s Prime Minister. The protest started shortly after the Trudeau government announced on Jan 15, 2022, that all truckers coming into Canada and returning had to be fully vaccinated. For the past several days, the Mayor of Ottawa, Jim Watson, has basically functioned as the Prime Minister of Canada. This is because the country’s actual Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, went into hiding a couple of days before the truck convoy showed up in Canada’s capital city, Ottawa. Now I may not agree with what Watson did, but at least he was trying to do something as thousands of truckers poured into Ottawa demanding an end to the federal government’s COVID mandates. Not only were people watching this event around the world, it was also a federal matter, not a municipal one. Fox News is reporting that the trucker protests that started in Canada calling for an end of the COVID mandates are now spreading around the world. Of course, with the emergence of the Omicron variant, which is no worse than the flu, many are asking the obvious questions: Why do people have to take to the streets to call for an end to governments’ COVID mandates? There was an uproar over GoFundMe’s decision not to release the nearly $10 million donated by thousands of people to support the truck convoy in Canada, calling for an end of the COVID mandates. A recent poll reveals that a majority of Canadians want the mandates to end. It tells you a couple of things. First, it reveals the political naivety of the truck organizers. This is not an insult. It is a pat on the back, that they haven’t been caught up in the political cesspool enveloping North America. Anyone who has been closely following conservative politics over the past few years did not trust GoFundMe. Secondly, it reinforces the opinions that many have about GoFundMe, which decided to not release the funds, accusing the truck protest of violence and occupation, but allowed this. CBC expresses fake outrage about the trucker protest in Ottawa

The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) is Canada’s state-run, taxpayer-funded TV broadcaster. In other words, they are Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s public relations firm. Of course, the Prime Minister is outraged by the thousands of truckers in Ottawa, calling for an end to Trudeau’s COVID mandates. So one of his dutiful CBC reporters, Hannah Thibedeau, dug deep to find something to enrage people, a neat pile of bagged garbage. You see, during their protest in Ottawa, the truckers have been cleaning up after themselves. As Jonathan Kay explains in his article in the National Post: “In true Canadian fashion, protesters even began policing one another’s behaviour. According to an article on Post Millenial, Elon Musk has thrown his support behind the Canadian truck convoy, which some estimate at 35,000 and 50,000 vehicles, who are heading to Ottawa to protest Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s COVID mandate. Prime Minister Trudeau recently condemned the convoy calling the truckers a small fringe group who “do not represent the views of Canadians.” However, when the convoy arrives in Ottawa, Prime Minister Trudeau will not be there to greet them as he is isolating at home after coming into contact with a person who tested positive for COVID. While some have portrayed the truckers as anti-vaxxers, this is not the case. Many of them are fully vaccinated but are opposed to the COVID mandates that include preventing unvaccinated US truckers from crossing the US border into Canada and forcing unvaccinated Canadian drivers returning from the US to isolate for two weeks.
