Video: How governments weaponized fear

In an interview with Julia Hartley Brewer, author Laura Dodsworth explains that the scientists working with the British government on COVID purposefully weaponized fear in order to get the Brits to comply with their government overlords. The government is using behavioural psychology to control people. They have done such a good job of terrorizing British citizens that people are now terrified of resuming their normal lives. From the YouTube preamble: Scientists on a committee that encouraged the use of fear to control people’s behaviour during the Covid pandemic have admitted its work was “totalitarian”. Members of the Scientific Pandemic Influenza Group on Behaviour have expressed regret about the “unethical” methods.

I previously reported on how a Canadian Pastor, Artur Pawlowski, who grew up under communism in Poland, twice drove an Alberta health inspector from his Calgary church, The Fortress (Cave) of Adullam, when she demanded entrance for a COVID health inspection. According to the Daily Wire, Alberta’s health department has now received a court-ordered warrant allowing the police “to do anything necessary,” if Pastor Pawlowski obstructs the health department’s third attempt to enter the building.

Belgium judge orders government to end lockdown

A judge in Belgium has ordered the country to end the county-wide lockdown within 30 days. The Brussels Times writes: The Belgian State has been ordered to lift “all coronavirus measures” within 30 days, as the legal basis for them is insufficient, a Brussels court ruled on Wednesday. The League for Human Rights had filed the lawsuit several weeks ago and challenged Belgium’s system of implementing the measures using Ministerial Decrees, which means it is done without any input from parliament. The judge gave the Belgian State 30 days to provide a sound legal basis, or face a penalty of €5,000 per day that this period is exceeded, with a maximum limit of €200,000, reports Le Soir. READ: Belgium must lift ‘all Covid-19 measures’ within 30 days, Brussels court rules The judge essentially ruled that the government utilized the Civil Safety Act of 2007 to institute the lockdown that gives the government extreme power in emergency situations. The judge ruled that the government must now prove its extreme lockdown measures are necessary and that they work. …

Why is mental health rapidly declining in Ontario?

Mental health experts in the Canadian province of Ontario are warning of people’s declining mental health due to COVID and its related lockdowns. In fact, according to the Canadian Mental Health Association, things have gotten much worse because of the second lockdown in the province. Of course, it’s not surprising, since the province also has one of the most restrictive lockdowns in Canada. Notice, how people are also claiming they are lonely. The Toronto Sun explains: The poll suggests only 35 per cent of Ontarians consider their mental health to be “very good” or “excellent,” compared to 52 per cent in the first round of polling in May. It also shows nearly 80 per cent of respondents believe there will be a “serious mental health crisis” post-pandemic, compared to 66 per cent in August and 69 per cent in May. […] The poll also found respondents were getting more isolated. Fifty-seven per cent reported feeling lonelier since the pandemic began, with 47 per cent saying they wish they had someone to talk to. And 36 …

Lockdowns’ ticking time bomb

More stats are coming forward and saying the lockdowns are causing far more damage than the virus they are supposedly fighting. There is a huge ticking time bomb in Britain as stats reveal that because of the lockdown restrictions, there has been a dramatic drop in treatments for serious conditions and heart problems.

Survey reveals that Bible reading increased people’s mental well-being during lockdowns

A recent survey by Christian Research discovered that people are reading their Bibles more during the COVID pandemic and associated lockdowns, and this is not a wasted exercise as many stated it is having a positive impact on their mental health. The age group reporting the largest increase was those aged 25 to 34, where over 50% indicated that they are reading their Bible more often. The survey also revealed that people are using new ways to engage with scripture. While print versions of the Bible still remains popular, Bible apps are being used more often, and a surprisingly 30% reported that they are now listening to the Bible. This growing interest in listening to scripture shouldn’t surprise us because it has its reward as the Apostle Paul tells us that “faith comes from hearing” (Romans 10:17). The survey also found that the Bible reading increased people’s hope that things were going to improve. The Bible tells us that hope is a vital component of faith (Hebrews 11:1). The survey revealed: 28% stated that Bible …

Study: Lockdown loneliness has deadly consequences

Increasingly more voices are rising up and stating that the lockdowns are causing more harm than the virus they are supposed to be fighting. The latest published in Perspectives on Psychological Science reports on the hidden costs of loneliness which they say is the equivalent of smoking 15 cigarettes a day. The Western Journal explains: “Long-term social isolation is known to carry an increased risk of mortality comparable to smoking 15 cigarettes a day — and lonely people are more likely to choose coping mechanisms that aren’t good for their health,” The Guardian reported Saturday. That statistic came from research originally published in Perspectives on Psychological Science. The Guardian talked to numerous people who have suffered debilitating depression caused by the social isolation of government-mandated shutdowns. In November, the U.K. Office for National Statistics published a report showing that crippling loneliness has surged to record levels, especially among 16-to-29-year-olds. This revelation mirrors similar trends from around the world. In Japan, for example, suicides outnumbered COVID-19 deaths in 2020. READ: Researchers Find Damaging Effects of Long-Term Social …

During its COVID lockdown, the province has allowed most businesses, including restaurants and gyms, to remain open with reduced capacity. In a recent virtual speech, Premier Moe mentioned that he has been receiving pressure to implement a stricter lockdown in the province.

Study: Men the hardest hit by second lockdowns

According to a recent survey conducted in Denmark, while women were the ones the hardest hit mentally by the first lockdown, men are the ones being most impacted by the second lockdowns. But despite the shift, overall women are still the ones who have experienced the most mental stress because of the lockdowns being instituted by governments around the world because of COVID. Study Finds reports: AARHUS, Denmark — The last 12 months have been tough for everyone, regardless of gender. That being said, a new study out of Denmark finds that while women initially showed greater signs of mental distress during the first round of Spring 2020 lockdowns, it’s now men facing the most mental health challenges during COVID’s “second wave.” “We see that men’s psychological well-being is lower in the November-December measurement than it was during the spring lockdown, while the trend has gone in the opposite direction for women,” says study author Søren Dinesen Østergaard, professor at the Department of Clinical Medicine and affiliated with the Department of Affective Disorders at Aarhus University …

People fleeing lockdown oppression?

According to a recent report by one of America’s largest moving companies, United Van Lines, South Dakota has seen a large influx of people moving into the state. Of course, South Dakota’s Republican Governor, Kristi Noem, was one of the few state leaders that did not implement an oppressive Covid-1984 style lockdown. People still had their freedom and jobs.
