Judge allows court case to continue against a coach who allegedly benched player for not kneeling

A judge has ruled that a court case by Kiersten Hening against her former soccer coach, Charles Aidair, can continue. Hening played for Virginia Tech’s soccer team between 2018 – 2020. She alleges that she was benched by the coach and pushed to leave the team when she refused to participate in social justice activities being promoted by the coach, the New York Post reports. This included allegations she was verbally abused at halftime by the coach after she refused to kneel before a game in Sept 2020, an incident which allegedly led to significantly reduced playing time, resulting in Hening leaving the team. In a statement announcing that the court case could continue, Federal Judge Thomas Cullen wrote: “Hening, who had been a major on-field contributor for two years prior to the 2020 season, also asserts that Adair removed her from the starting lineup for the next two games and drastically reduced her playing time in those games because she had engaged in this protected First Amendment activity. US BLM helps nonprofit purchase the former headquarters of the Communist Party of Canada

There is a strange story coming out of the US that the American-based Black Lives Matter (BLM) organization allegedly helped a Canadian organization, M4BJ, purchase the former headquarters of the Communist Party of Canada located in Toronto, Ontario. The old mansion, which is considered a heritage site, was purchased for $6.3 million. The Blaze writes: “M4BJ, a Toronto-based non-profit set up by Janaya Khan and other Canadian activists, snagged the 10,000 square foot historic property for the equivalent of $6.3 million in cash in July 2021,” the New York Post reported, noting that it had reviewed Toronto property records. The outlet reported that Black Lives Matter “transferred millions” to the M4BJ charity. Coincidentally, Khan is the wife of Patrisse Khan-Cullors – a co-founder of the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation. Cullors – a self-described “trained Marxist” –resigned from the Black Lives MatterGlobal Network Foundation in May after weeks of criticism surrounding the purchase of high-end real estate properties. Patrisse Cullors, the self-proclaimed trained Marxist, co-founder of Black Lives Matter and multi-million dollar home-owner, can now add another to her list of left wing accomplishments. According to the Daily Mail, while speaking on a panel sponsored by Harvard University’s Human Rights Program in 2015, Cullors called for an end to Israel’s existence as a nation.

Apparently, this isn’t the only home she purchased in the last four years and people in the BLM movement are now calling for an official investigation of Khan-Cullors, the self-proclaimed “trained Marxist.”

According to reports, members of Black Lives Matter in Milwaukee, Wisconsin decided to protest a Christmas fundraising event that raises money for a local cancer center. It is uncertain why the group known as The People’s Revolution (TPR) chose to demonstrate at an event largely attended by families with children. Even people who typically support BLM are calling it a “trash move.”

The Black Lives Matter (BLM) organization has been demanding cuts to police funding throughout the US with some success. Now it appears that BLM has brought the defund police movement to Canada. First thing you should notice is that these weren’t requests, they were demands. In a recent presentation to the Greater Sudbury city council in Ontario, BLM made three demands. The first focussed on more spending and the second on more inclusion. BLM founders: More ties to communism?

A video surfaced earlier this year of one of the founders of the Black Lives Matter (BLM) organization, Patrisse Cullors, claiming she was a Marxist. The Daily Caller explained what happened recently with Alicia Garza, another of BLM’s co-founders: Black Lives Matter co-founder Alicia Garza’s new organization, Black Futures Lab, is fiscally sponsored by the Chinese Progressive Association, which organized the raising of communist China’s flag over Boston City Hall last year. The “donate” button on Black Futures Lab’s website takes users to a donation page hosted by the CPA, which notes that “Black Futures Lab is a fiscally sponsored project of the Chinese Progressive Association.” The partnership between the two groups was first reported by the Daily Signal on Tuesday. The CPA last year sponsored the raising of the Chinese flag over Boston City Hall to mark the 70th anniversary of the Chinese Communist Party creating the People’s Republic of China. We have seen Blacks in the past protesting against the Black Lives Matter (BLM) organization because they do not believe it represents them. A black man tells of his encounter with Antifa

Black woman paints over BLM words in New York

In early July, New York Mayor Bill de Blasio authorized the painting of the words Black Lives Matter (BLM), in huge block letters, on the street in front of Trump Towers on Fifth Avenue. In fact, Mayor de Blasio helped paint one of the letters. Most believe de Blasio authorized the painting to antagonize the country’s president, Donald Trump, who owns the tower. But not all blacks are in agreement with the messaging of the BLM, that seems to have taken a turn to the extreme political left. In a video, one of the founders of BLM claims to be a trained Marxist. Recently, a black woman, Bevelyn Beatty, decided to paint over the words on the street with black paint. A Christian, Beatty believes all lives matter, and she also does not want police funding cut, a reference to Mayor de Blasio’s push to have $1 billion cut from the city’s police budget. More evidence is surfacing that some Black Lives Matter (BLM) protests are more about politics than black lives. At a protest in Beverly Hills, California, BLM activists were not shouting Black Lives Matter, they were shouting “Abolish Capitalism Now”. BLM harassed women & children at NY Baptist church

The Daily Wire reports that members of Grace Baptist Church in Troy, New York, many of whom were women and children, were harassed by Black Lives Matter protestors as they entered the church for a Sunday Morning service on July 5, 2020. According to reports the harassment started at the end of June. The Daily Wire writes: The protesters, repeatedly shouting “Black Lives Matter,” even harassed and blocked churchgoers while they were with their young children, using a megaphone to scream at the families, shaming and threatening their parents with calls to CPS, or Child Protective Services. The assaults, harassment, and protesting have been occurring since at least the end of June, according to the viral videos posted online. The church has refused to close or back down, directing men from the parish to help escort fellow worshipers inside as they are blocked by BLM protesters. Two Black conservatives, Benji Irby and Shemeka Michell, were visiting North Carolina’s state capitol in Raleigh, when they noticed a Black Lives Matter protest in the park that only had white people. In an interview on KTTH-AM, Benji Irby explains: “As we were walking down a little path, Shemeka was like, ‘Is that a Black Lives Matter sign?’” he said. “And I’m like, ‘What? A group of Black Lives Matter (BLM) protestors showed up at the store and one of BLM’s leaders used a foghorn to tell Target if they did not quit calling the police, then BLM would shut down the store. Now I am not necessarily a big fan of Jesus statues, but Black Lives Matter activist Shaun King has recently said it’s OK for protestors to pull down statues of Jesus, not just any statues, but those that are specifically white. He allegedly wants any stained-glass windows portraying a white Jesus destroyed as well. Though, I am not a big fan of Jesus statues, I don’t think it’s fine to destroy another group’s property. And if it’s solely about colour, why did rioters destroy businesses owned by black people? The Blaze writes: “Yes, I think the statues of the white European they claim is Jesus should also come down.
