What we think, we tend to believe. For example, most of the media outlets focus on Covid19. No wonder people are scared. The Bible says that we are who we hang out with. Proverbs 13:20 says “Walk with the wise and become wise; associate with fools and get in trouble.” Walk with the scared, and you will get scared. Scared people hide. They are fearful. Scared and fearful people have anxiety and stress to the point in which they do not live their lives. Normal and healthy things like family gatherings, visiting children and friends, shopping and attending church are seen as dangerous and self-centered. What was seen as good is seen as bad. The heroes in a fear-based culture are the ones who showcase fear. The people who hide are the good ones. The people who listen to the government and media are the good ones. They are compliant and helping stop the spread of Covid. Except this plan of division and isolation is not helping. Not according to the very people who told …

Many people are protesting the restrictions we live under, with the COVID 19 pandemic. I work with the public, and recently a woman talked back to me and protested me. I am trained to wear a mask and use disinfectants; we have safety procedures, and I think they are good. I think we are all safer with the procedures and disinfectants, and I can still do my work. One woman protested that face masks cause distress for the client I was talking to. The woman took out her phone and found a government web site with information for people who have problems with masks. If you are wondering, I didn’t look to verify the information. The place was isolated and there were no known cases of COVID 19 for many miles. I carefully disinfected myself and made sure my mask was in position, and I finished my work, and I cleaned myself carefully after. A report out of Denver, Colorado, revealed that during a two-week period during the COVID lockdown more people died of heart attacks than the virus. The reason was because people were not calling 911 when they started having heart attack symptoms and many died at home. The Blaze reports: A group of doctors at Denver Health Medical Center led by Brian Stauffer were baffled by what many other hospitals have noticed across the world – that the number of people coming into emergency rooms for heart attacks plummeted during the lockdowns in late March and April. When the coronavirus hit, South Dakota made the unusual decision of not locking down and destroying its economy in the battle against the coronavirus. It decided that the best way to fight COVID was protecting those most vulnerable and developing a herd immunity among its citizens, knowing that 80% of the people who catch the virus have minimal to no symptoms. A new report is suggesting that the nursing home deaths due to COVID in New York, may be much higher than the state’s official tally. New York has reported 33,000 Covid deaths and registered only 6,600 as being from nursing homes. The Daily Wire reports: A new report alleges that the true extent of the number of deaths that New York’s nursing homes suffered under the leadership of Democratic Governor Andrew Cuomo may be far higher than what has been reported due to the way that the statistics are gathered and counted. “New York’s coronavirus death toll in nursing homes, already among the highest in the nation, could actually be a significant undercount,” the Associated Press reported. “Unlike every other state with major outbreaks, New York only counts residents who died on nursing home property and not those who were transported to hospitals and died there.” As an example, the state registered one New York nursing home as having only four COVID deaths. We might have missed the news, but the COVID pandemic has produced a strange effect in Iran. The nation is an Islamic Republic governed by conservative Shiite Muslims, but millions of people are moving to Christianity. This is a scenario that generates religious persecution; the government is strict and it does not like this change. Iran has also suffered from the pandemic after receiving the virus early from China. Apparently, the political elite have different rules about COVID-19 than the rest of us. The Mayor of Washington, DC, Muriel Bowser, (D), issued an order on July 24, 2020, demanding that anyone travelling to/and or from high-risk COVID states, such as Georgia that was specifically mentioned, must quarantine for 14 days when they return to the US capitol. But apparently, those rules didn’t apply to the political elite, several of whom attended the funeral of John Lewis, in Atlanta, Georgia. Lewis, who recently died of Pancreatic cancer, was a member of the US House of Representatives until his death. Covid is 100s of times less deadly to those under 80

A large study of those infected with Covid-19 in Britain reveals that people under the age of 80 are hundreds of times less likely to die of COVID-19 than those in the older (80+) age group. The study was published in the science magazine, Nature. The Daily Wire writes (note the last line): The study revealed a “jaw-dropping” connection between one’s chances of dying from the disease and their age, Goldacre said. Study: Hydroxychloroquine effective in fighting COVID

A new study reveals that a common malaria and arthritis drug, hydroxychloroquine, is an effective tool in combating Covid-19. The study was undertaken by the Henry Ford Health System between March and May involving 2,541 patients. WND reports: While 26.4% of those who did not receive hydroxychloroquine died, only 13% of those who did get the drug died. The study was headlined, “Treatment with hydroxychloroquine cut death rate significantly in COVID-19 patients, Henry Ford Health System study shows.” The study published in the International Journal of Infectious Diseases said, “all patients in the study were 18 or over with a median age of 64 years; 51% were men and 56% African American.” The hospital attributed its high success rate to giving people the drug within 48 hours of admittance to their hospitals. It is starting to get redundant. I recently reported on a study by CDC indicating that 10 times more people may have caught COVID-19 than previously thought. If this true, then according to the authors this means the death rate for the Coronavirus is significantly below 1% putting it into a ‘severe seasonal flu’ category. According to Cambridge University statistician Sir David Spiegelhalter, a healthy person in Britain under the age of 50 is more likely to die from an accident (this includes car accidents) than from COVID. We are told in the Bible, “Without faith it is impossible to please God” (Hebrews 11:6). Yes, but faith in what? We can easily put our faith in a church, or a dynamic leader. Most dangerous cults divert us in that way. In England, a Christian pastor told people to trust God for safety from the Coronavirus, and I think Christians everywhere agree with that. That pastor is under investigation because he took his faith advice further. He said “it is by faith you can be saved from the virus” and then it is alleged he offered anointing oil and red yarn as “a divine plague protection kit.” His price was ninety-one pounds, more than a hundred dollars, and he promised positive results.
