In a recent interview with CBN‘s Newsmaker Podcast, Christian actress Candace Cameron Bure shared what God said that contributed to the actress’ highly successful year, which included shows on the Great American Family network, the Christian Post reports.

Though this year saw its share of struggles, the former Fuller House star stated that it was also a bountiful year, as she felt the Holy Spirit telling her that she needed to persevere through the tough times:

“I feel like what God has continually spoken to me this year is to, ‘Just keep persevering, keep taking one step at a time, keep doing what I’ve called you to do, and there’ll be fruit from it. Nothing will be in vain. And that’s exactly what I’m doing.”
