
Of course, anyone with a coffee addiction, like I have, will always point to any research that validates their addiction.
With that qualifier, a recent study reported in the Annals of Internal Medicine found that regular coffee drinkers had less chance of dying than those who weren’t during a seven-year study involving 171,000 healthy participants, the Washington Post reports.
The study that involved people who were over the age of 56 and were cancer free and had no cardiovascular issues were 30% less likely to die than those who didn’t regularly consume 1.5 to 3.5 cups of coffee a day.
