The public school board in Chilliwack, BC, Canada has issued an apology after one of its trustees posted a meme on Facebook, which allegedly depicted the crushing of Christian and traditional values.

Life Site News adds that the Chilliwack Board of Education stated that they felt the innocent meme was misunderstood as it was supposedly mocking those who claim the Barbie movie was attacking traditional and Christian values.

The playful little meme has since been deleted by the Public School Trustee.

  1. I see this as art reflecting society, I believe that the Barbie movie is how society these days has an anti Christian value set. I think the blogger has just reaffirmed these values not necessarily agreeing with them. Just like John Lennon once said that the Beatles were more popular than Jesus meaning that that the fanaticism of popular music was evident in the way the world perceived them. It was an observation that I think holds true today
