Safeguard also alleges that the CCP, using threats against families still in China, has sent 230,000 people back to the communist regime through these outpost police stations.
The RCMP is currently investigating potentially illegal activities conducted by these police stations in Canada.
The CCP believes that any individuals of Chinese descent, even if they are born in another country, are still under its authority.
