Canada’s Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s infatuation with Communist China took a bizarre turn. An Access to Information request by Rebel News revealed that Trudeau actually invited Communist China’s People Liberation Army to come to Canada to learn how to fight in Cold weather.
But Canada’s military cancelled the training after the Communist regime arrested two Canadians on bogus charges in retaliation for Canada’s detention of a Huawei executive. The Army’s cancellation outraged Trudeau.
Rebel News explains what happened:
Justin Trudeau invited China’s People’s Liberation Army (PLA) to send its troops for cold weather training at CFB Petawawa in Ontario — and Trudeau raged at the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) for cancelling the training after China kidnapped Canadian citizens Michael Spavor and Michael Kovrig.
This is only one of many bombshell revelations in The China Files, a 34-page access to information document released by the Trudeau government to Rebel News, seen below.
Documents that normally would have been completely blacked out by government censors were instead greyed out — the documents remain completely readable. Rebel News has chosen to black out a very small portion that would otherwise compromise the safety of an individual.

I have made Access to information requests to the Canadian government in the past and received pages of documents with more words blacked out than readable, so when I hear that these were greyed out it tells me one of two things. Either the Access to Information request was done by someone not up to the job or by someone who wanted Rebel News to see what Canada’s Prime Minister was really up to.

But the bigger question is why would the People’s Liberation Army be interested in cold weather training?
Well, maybe it had to do with the little border spat China is having with India in the Himalayan Mountains. This past June, the Communist regime tried unsuccessfully to seize India territory in the cold and very inhospitable Himalaya mountains.
As TifiPost explains:
Chinese soldiers are also seen to be generally incapable of surviving the winters of Himalayas, particularly in Ladakh along the Line of Actual Control. While the Indian Army almost seamlessly adapts to the winter chills, which can drop to excruciating temperatures of -30◦ C, the Chinese forces retire away from the Himalayas during winter months. The PLA usually lands in southern Tibet for military exercises only during the summer months.
