Poll: Guess who we don’t trust to tell the truth?

Every year, IPOS conducts a poll of people living in Britain to find out how much they trust various professions to tell the truth. At the very bottom of the list scoring as the least trustworthy, are four professions that dominate the media in Britain — journalists, Government ministers, politicians and advertising executives.

I suspect much the same holds true for America and Canada. Though, I wonder if the rally cry of “fake media” may have significantly reduced people’s trust of the mainstream media on this side of the ocean.
