Last night (Monday, Aug. 10, 2020), worship leader Sean Feucht went to Seattle’s former CHAZ/CHOP zone, an area taken over by left-wing extremists a few weeks back, to hold a worship service. Feucht has been holding outdoor services across America during the lockdown.
While hundreds of Seattle believers turned up for the service, according to Feucht they were met by “violent protestors” some who were carrying signs hailing Satan.
Sean Feucht reported on Instagram:
Violent protestors showed up flashing knives! We had an entire satanic cult march through the worshippers the entire time yelling “Hail Satan!” We had white Antifa yelling & threatening black local pastors! They yelled obscenities and cursed at my wife and kids all night long!
Yes, those brave left-wing extremists tried to scare and intimidate women and children.
Though, Feucht had wisely brought along bodyguards, the violent agitators were able to damage some musical equipment, and as well unplug generators used for the service.
But Feucht noted that the believers in attendance were not intimidated by the protesters. And during the service people were getting saved and water baptized.
Feucht even shared a video, bottom Instagram post, of one protester’s shock that the believers were not intimidated by the left-wing extremists. Note what the protester said as he videoed the worship.
“The more I yell at them. The better they, the more fun they have. The more fun they f***** have dude! This s*** is ridiculous.”
There are absolutely crazy things going on in Seattle. The same night that Feucht held his worship service, Seattle City Council voted to cut spending for the city’s police force by 14%, sparking the resignation of the city’s police chief.
The left wing radicals had been demanding a 50% cut in police funding, nevertheless, the cut will result in a reduction in the size of the city’s police force.
It tells me that there is a spiritual battle raging over Seattle.
The Apostle Paul writes that our warfare is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities and powers in high places (Ephesians 6:12) and God has called us to pull down satanic strongholds through our spiritual weapons (2 Corinthians 10:4).
And we see this on display in the life of the Prophet Daniel who began to fast and pray that the Jews would be able to return to the Promised Land from their Babylonian captivity.
At the end of this three week prayer time, a godly angel showed up with a message for Daniel.
The Angel said he had been hindered by the demonic prince over Persia but was finally able to deliver a message to Daniel when another Godly angel, Michael, stepped in to help.
Because of Daniel’s time of prayer and fasting, a spiritual battle had taken place in the heavenly realm resulting in the displacement of the demonic prince over the Persia.
12 Then he said to me, “Do not be afraid, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your heart on understanding this and on humbling yourself before your God, your words were heard, and I have come in response to your words. 13 But the prince of the kingdom of Persia was withstanding me for twenty-one days; then behold, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, for I had been left there with the kings of Persia. (Daniel 10:12-13 NASV_
Notice how the angel says that after the battle, the godly angel had been left there with the kings of Persia. (Note: Persia conquered Babylon in what was essentially a bloodless coup.)
Then, the Angel makes an interesting statement that we often miss, because a chapter break occurs right in the middle of the godly angel’s conversation. The angel is speaking at the end of chapter 10, and he continues speaking in the first verse of chapter 11.
Yes, it is one of the worst chapter breaks in the Bible.
The godly angel said:
11 “In the first year of Darius the Mede, I arose to be an encouragement and a protection for him. 2 And now I will tell you the truth. Behold, three more kings are going to arise in Persia. Then a fourth will gain far more riches than all of them; as soon as he becomes strong through his riches, he will arouse the whole empire against the realm of Greece. (Daniel 11:1-2 NASV)
As a result of the spiritual battle, the godly angel had taken a position beside the King of Persia to encourage and protect him. I believe the protection was both spiritual and physical.
From this influential position, the godly angel guided the Kings of Persia to not only do what was best for the Persian people, but also allowed the Jews to return to the Promised Land.
But it also suggests that prior to this, a demonic angel held this position of political influence.
There is a spiritual battle raging over America and believers need to pray.
