35,000 show up to pray and worship at National Mall

I previously reported how worship leader Sean Feucht had scheduled a two-day event at the National Mall in Washington, DC over the weekend (Oct 24 & 25, 2020). This was part of his Let Us Worship tour. They were expecting 15,000 people but instead over 35,000 came to worship and pray for America over the two-day event.

Oct. 25, 2020: A day of spiritual warfare for America?

Worship leader Sean Feucht has been holding outdoor worship service across America over the past several months. And the final service on his Let Us Worship tour will take place on Sunday, Oct. 25, 2020 at the National Mall in Washington, DC. The prayer service will actually start on Saturday, culminating with a worship service the next day. Feucht expressed his amazement that this service will be occurring the day before the Senate is scheduled to confirm Judge Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court. Much of the resistance to Barrett’s nomination has centered around her faith. Barrett is a Charismatic Catholic. The National Park Service (NPS) has given Sean Feucht permission to hold the service at the mall that could see 15,000 people gathering to worship and pray for America. According to reports over 7,000 people have already registered to attend the service. And certainly 15,000 is not out of the question, because an estimated 12,000 people attended Feucht’s worship service held in front California’s state capitol in Sacramento in September. As well, an …

Is the Holy Spirit raising up a river against the enemy?

There is a verse in Isaiah that states when the enemy comes in like a flood that the Lord will raise up a standard against this onslaught: When the enemy comes in like a flood,The Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him. (Isaiah 59:19 NKJ) However, blogger Kim Balogh believes that the comma has been put in the wrong place. She feels the verse should actually read this way: When the enemy comes in,like a flood the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him. With this adjustment, the verse says that the Spirit of God will raise a rushing flood (lit. rushing river) against an invading adversary. She adds that the Hebrew word nûs (translated” lift up a standard” in the New King James) is better translated as fleeing or escaping. Using these two adjustments, Balogh believes that the verse should read “When the enemy shall come in, like a river the Spirit of God will make him flee.” And with the US being pummelled on every …

Is the Holy Spirit pointing to new wine skins?

I have been reporting on Sean Feucht’s worship services that he has been holding outdoors around the US. His latest meeting in Colorado is again suggesting that the Holy Spirit seems to be moving during these difficult times. But, God is moving differently than we would expect. While churches in several states are taking to the courts in order to return to indoor services, Feucht is orchestrating outdoor services and God is moving. Instead of formal baptismal tanks, people are being baptized in cow troughs. In his latest service held in City Park in Fort Collins, Colorado, Feucht reported on Instagram “thousands going wild for Jesus!” and “Unending baptisms in cow troughs was the literal best!! THE JOY IS CONTAGIOUS!!” When he was in Minnesota, Feucht said, “Thousands gathered from every race and tribe across in a K-Mart parking lot! Hundreds gave their lives to Jesus! Now there is an endless line for baptisms tonight!! God is bringing hope back to this city He loves!” Part of the problem is that Christians get religious, and …

Worship warfare?

As America seems to be descending into darkness and chaos through nightly riots, I wonder if God is raising up a standard against this onslaught. Worship leader Sean Feucht has taken to the streets of many cities hit by recent riots to hold outdoor worship services proclaiming God’s goodness and hope. This past weekend, Sean ended up in America’s northeast and held services in New Jersey, New York City and Boston. According to several reports there was a genuine move of God at all three locations with large crowds showing up even despite the rain. In New York City several people were saved and according to Dr Charles Karuka, who pastors NYC’s International Outreach Church, 29 people were water baptized in a fountain located in Washington Square Park. CBN writes: “This place is filled with people about to get baptized in the fountains of Washington Square Park,” Feucht said. “Some of them just got saved…some are rededicating.” In a video shared on Facebook, Dr. Karuku described the occasion as a “move of God” after 29 …

Is there a spiritual battle raging over Seattle and America?

Last night (Monday, Aug. 10, 2020), worship leader Sean Feucht went to Seattle’s former CHAZ/CHOP zone, an area taken over by left-wing extremists a few weeks back, to hold a worship service. Feucht has been holding outdoor services across America during the lockdown. While hundreds of Seattle believers turned up for the service, according to Feucht they were met by “violent protestors” some who were carrying signs hailing Satan. Sean Feucht reported on Instagram: Violent protestors showed up flashing knives! We had an entire satanic cult march through the worshippers the entire time yelling “Hail Satan!” We had white Antifa yelling & threatening black local pastors! They yelled obscenities and cursed at my wife and kids all night long! Yes, those brave left-wing extremists tried to scare and intimidate women and children. Though, Feucht had wisely brought along bodyguards, the violent agitators were able to damage some musical equipment, and as well unplug generators used for the service. But Feucht noted that the believers in attendance were not intimidated by the protesters. And during the …

“The church has left the building”: California Revival?

It has even caught the attention of the LA Times that is reporting a revival is breaking out on the beaches of California — Huntington Beach to be exact. It’s partially in response to California’s Gov. Gavin Newsom’s recent hypocritical ruling limiting church services to maximum of 100 and disallowing singing or chanting, while putting no limits on demonstrations, and in fact is encouraging them, where he allows people to shout and chant all they want. So in protest, Sean Feucht, who is a worship leader at Bethel Church, in Redding, California, and others decided to hold a church service at Huntington Beach on Friday, July 10, 2020 in defiance of Gov Newsom’s edict. Let’s call it a “worship protest” and include some signs and everything should be fine. Sean has also started an organization called “Hold the Line“to fight government’s intrusion in the life of the church. Writing for the LA Times, Hillary Davis describes what happened at Huntington Beach: There is a revival taking place on the sand at Huntington Beach. On Friday, …

Why is Instagram censoring Sean Feucht’s worship videos?

According to CBN, Sean Feucht, a worship leader associated with Bethel Music, recently shared several social media posts that Facebook, Instagram and Twitter are now censoring worship and praise videos. Apparently, Feucht was going to places where there has been rioting and then posting videos of praise and worship from these locations. And while these social media corporations allowed posts of actual rioting, somehow praise and worship songs was considered insensitive or harmful and removed. Feucht tweeted: While @Facebook @instagram @Twitter promote the content of violence, rioting & destruction, they are actively CENSORING worship, prayer, peaceful protest & anything going against their fear-mongering narrative. My feed and many others is proof.#ChangeTheNarrative — Sean Feucht (@seanfeucht) June 23, 2020 Feucht reports that Instagram justified the removal of his praise and worship videos because they were classified as “harmful” or containing “false information”: This is what we’ve come to in America! Instagram is now classifying my WORSHIP videos as “harmful or false information” Religious Liberty? Freedom of Speech? Big Tech censorship? pic.twitter.com/I7s6HUfKH4 — Sean Feucht (@seanfeucht) June …
