Several government agencies and researchers now believe the Chinese government-run Wuhan Institute of Virology is the source of the COVID-19 virus. READ: Sources believe coronavirus outbreak originated in Wuhan lab as part of China’s efforts to compete with US
The laboratory was studying the coronavirus and the bats believed to be the source of the virus. The bats are not native to the region of Wuhan where the virus broke out.
Though the lab supposedly had the highest level-4 security ranking, the Daily Mail reports as far back as 2018, the US State Department was sending memos warning the lack of high level bio-hazard safety procedures at the lab could lead to an outbreak of a Sars-like pandemic. There is also a second government lab in Wuhan, located next to the wet market, that others suspect could be the source of outbreak. This lab was also studying viruses, but only had a level-2 security rating. In February, a report published by South China University of Technology stated that COVID-19 may have leaked out of this second lab to the near-by market. In order to redirect blame from its government-run labs, the Communist government of China initially blamed a nearby wet market that sells exotic foods and then a US soldier and then Italy as the source of the disease.
But what is also disturbing is that both the American and Canadian governments have provided financial assistance to the level-4 Wuhan Institute of Virology. The US National Institute of Health gave it a grant of $3.7 million. READ: REVEALED: U.S. government gave $3.7million grant to Wuhan lab at center of coronavirus leak scrutiny .
And it is now being reported that the Canadian government gave the level-4 lab nearly $1 million. READ: Ottawa funds COVID-19 research project that is collaborating with Wuhan virus lab
HE REALLY IS THAT STUPID: Justin Trudeau just gave a $828,000 grant to to the Wuhan Institution of Virology. As in, the Chinese virus factory that started all this.

Meanwhile, taxpayers in both countries are wondering who in their right mind would provide financial assistance to a totalitarian Communist regime?
