The Holy Spirit will  give very specific words to me at times – words that I do not normally use in everyday conversation.  I love it when He does this, as it always sends me on a Kingdom treasure hunt.

A week ago, Holy Spirit brought the word RECALIBRATE to me in a dream, and I believe He is revealing to us His work within the Body of Christ at this time. 

To RECALIBRATE means, basically to CALIBRATE AGAIN.  Here are some definitions I’d like to share with you to deepen your understanding:

Calibrate:  to adjust precisely for a particular function; to measure precisely, especially against a standard (merriam-webster.com).

Additionally, here are some definitions of the word RECALIBRATE:

Recalibrate:  to calibrate something again, or differently. (google.ca).  To make small changes to an instrument so that it measures accurately; to change the way you do or think about something (dictionary.cambridge.org).

Many of God’s people are experiencing a season of transition at this time, or are otherwise recognizing that there is a shift in the Spirit.  I believe we are in a time of RECALIBRATION as the Lord aligns us with heaven. 

What do I mean by this??

When Jesus taught His disciples to pray in Matthew Chapter 6, He instructed them to pray to the Father that His Kingdom would come and that His will would be done on earth, as it is in heaven (v. 10).  What Jesus has taught us to pray is for the Kingdom of our Father to manifest in the earth.  

A few months ago, Holy Spirit had brought the word SYNCHRONIZE to me in another dream.  Here is the definition:

Synchronize – cause to occur or operate at the same time or rate (google.ca).

To cause to go on, move, operate, work, etc., at the same rate and exactly together (dictionary.com).  To cause (things) to agree in time or to make (things) happen at the same time and speed (merriam-webster.com).

Interestingly, the word SYNCHRONIZE has to do with time, and I believe that right now, the Lord is causing a RECALIBRATION in His Body, in order for us to SYNCHRONIZE with heaven. 

I’ve read many prophetic words recently online using the words “align”, or “alignment”, but I absolutely love the word SYNCHRONIZE as it speaks of moving with Him, in time. 

The RECALIBRATION that Holy Spirit is causing within the Body of Christ is an adjustment to the Body (not unlike a person’s natural body perhaps requiring a chiropractic adjustment from time to time) in order to align us – or SYNCHRONIZE us, with His workings in the earth right now! 

He is empowering us to move into the new things that He is doing right now so that we can do the will of our Father in heaven, just as Jesus did!!
