The prophet Joel warned in the days leading up to the second coming of Christ, there would be so many volcanic eruptions taking place in the world, that the ash would darken the sun and turn the moon blood-red (Joel 2:31).

I recently reported on three volcanoes erupting in Guatemala and one in Italy, well one more has gone off and another two are about too.

And then researchers on Iceland warned that a volcanic eruptions may be imminent after recording over 18,000 earthquakes on the island over the last seven days, with one reaching 5.6 on the Richter scale.

The focal point of the earthquakes is just south of Reykjavik, Iceland’s capital city which has over 216,000 people living in the Capital region. Researchers believe two volcanos, Mount Keilir and Mount Fagradalsfjall, are about to erupt. They have been inactive for nearly 800 years.
