Viva Frei is my favourite YouTube lawyer vlogger, and he recently explained the bizarre situation that resulted in a patron being pepper sprayed at a Tim Horton’s coffee shop in Montreal, Quebec, Canada for not wearing a mask.

He also discusses the poorly written legislation that led to the incident.
