‘Without an excuse’: How God’s creation created doubts in atheists, causing them to become Christians

While we watch atheists becoming emboldened in recent years in their attacks on Christianity, it can cause us to question our faith. But a verse in Romans has always puzzled me: 20 For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world,[a] in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse. (Romans 1:20 ESV) People can have all the excuses they want on judgement day on why they didn’t believe in God, but in the end, the Apostle Paul states that everyone will be without excuse because of God’s creation. But I think this verse is suggesting more than just that, because it also means that the Holy Spirit uses creation to create secret doubts in the minds of those who claim to be atheists. And along this line, God Reports had testimonies on how two atheists became Christians because of their study of science. Man murdered after helping lead 8 Muslims to Christ in Uganda

When six Muslim men and two women became Christians after a public debate between Christianity and Islam in the village of Sirimula, in Uganda on July 6, 2022, Islamic extremists attacked the Christian participants, killing Robert Bwenje, 28. As Pastor Ambrose Mugisha, 25, and Bwenje, who had participated in the debate, were returning to their home village, Nyamiringa, they were attacked by a group of men shouting, “Allah akbar, Allah akbar [Allah is greater].” The assailants fled when a passerby stumbled upon the assault. Both the Christian men were taken to a local hospital, where Bwenje later died from his injuries. Mugisha, who works as an assistant pastor at Elim Pentecostal Church in Nyamiringa, had initiated the debate as part of a plan to establish a church in Surimula. Canadian pastor wins big in court

Artur Pawlowski is the pastor from Calgary, Alberta, Canada, who refused to let police and a health inspector from the Alberta government into his church on Easter Sunday 2021, to ensure everyone was abiding by the government’s COVID regulations. He was subsequently charged with several COVID violations and as well for his his support of truck convoy protestors calling for an end of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s mandate. Well, Pawlowski had a big day in court, and it did not go well for the government, according to True North. Though the pastor lost in lower court cases, on appeal, the Alberta Court of Appeals basically found Pawlowski innocent on all charges. TNC explains: Now, the Alberta Court of Appeal ruled that the injunction against him, his arrest, his jail time, the censorship order and fines against him were illegal. Justice Barbara Lea Veldhuis, Justice Michelle Crighton and Justice Jo’ Anne Strekaf ordered Alberta Health Services (AHS) to reimburse Pawlowski and his brother, Dawid, for the costs of their appeal and the return of any fines and penalties …

What should we do about the homeless?

We have a dangerous cult in our society, or possibly two working together. Have you met any homeless people lately? Mentally ill, drug addicts, and criminals; that is how most of us see homeless people. I live near a city center, and homeless people are being chased out of their usual neighborhoods by new construction. I think that is why so many are moving into our community. They come with shopping carts and tents, and they settle in public parks. One couple put their tent, and large amounts of personal property, in a corporate parking lot. Imagine coming to work in the morning, and your parking spot is occupied, by a family in a tent. The ‘personal property’ was probably salvaged from garbage bins. I think the problem is growing this summer because the weather is warm. Another driver of this issue is that people, who are not good personal managers, are being chased out of their homes by high costs. When rents go up and people are evicted, they look for a new place …

¿Qué significa orar con toda confianza?

English: What does it mean to pray boldly?

Jesus predicted increased lawlessness

When Jesus warned that people’s hearts will grow cold because of increased lawlessness in the end times (Matthew 24:12), I never once thought it would be due to politics. I was wrong. Rep. Lee Zeldin (R-NY) is running to be governor of the state of New York. He was campaigning in Perinton, New York on Thursday night (July 21, 2022) when a 43-year-old man, David G. Jakubonis, allegedly jumped on the stage and tried to thrust a sharp weapon at Zeldon’s neck. Fortunately, Jakubonis was immediately tackled and arrested. But here is the lawlessness kicker. According to reports, the accused, who the police charged with second-degree attempted assault, was released the next morning on his own recognizance, The Blaze reports. Some have alleged that the accused may have mental health issues. Politics is producing lawlessness. Guard your heart.
