Young Norwegian boy, sick for 11 years, healed by power of prayer

Norwegian doctors were shocked by the dramatic healing that took place in America when Adrian, now 16, was prayed for during a church meeting in 2015. Shortly after Adrian was born, he developed a mysterious illness that doctors were unable to explain. He became extremely sick whenever he ate. Because eating caused such serious symptoms, he was fed by IV for several years and during the first three years of his life, Adrian spent weeks in hospital. As a result of his illness, his muscles were weakening, and he was also experiencing epileptic seizures and a racing heart condition called tachycardia. When he was 11 years old, doctors recommended that Adrian’s Christian parents take their son on a trip. They were probably envisioning a trip to Disneyland and the California beaches, through which the family could build some memories of their son, because there was growing uncertainty on how long Adrian would live. However, Adrian’s parents had been calling out to God for their son. And part of their trip to the US, included attending …

Britain: The devastating medical impact of lockdowns

More news on the negative fallout from the COVID lockdowns as they dramatically impacted the delivery of health care services in Britain. It is being reported that the number of people in Britain who died at home during the COVID lockdown is up 25,000 over last year with only a couple thousand attributed to the virus. It has left many wondering again if the lockdown cure is worse than the disease it’s supposed to be fighting. The report reveals the medical devastation attributed to the lockdowns. Breitbart explains: But it was the audit of several dozens of reports by health professionals, charities, and medical journals by the Daily Mail that revealed in full the staggering effect that the lockdown has had on non-COVID-19 patients. The report noted a Lancet paper stating that during the three months of lockdown, organ transplants fell by two-thirds, resulting in the numbers of people dying on transplant waiting lists to nearly double. Hospital chemotherapy attendance fell by 66 per cent in April, per a University College London study for the British Medical Journal …

So, what are the biggest phobias of 2020?

The security firm, ADT, recently studied web searches to determine what American’s biggest fears are for 2020. Now based on what has happened this year, you would expect it to be Covid. However, an analysis revealed a slight twist. Overall, people’s biggest fear is not COVID, but rather their biggest phobia is “fear of people.” And the searches for this fear was five time higher than last year. Since we are social animals, this fear of people can have negative consequences mentally and physically. RELATED: CDC Confirms: ‘Adverse’ Mental Health Problems ‘Increased Considerably’ During Lockdowns But in three states, the biggest fear overall was the “fear of being alone,” with the number of overall searches for this type of fear tripling last year’s numbers. But here is what is particularly odd, these two phobias are the polar opposite of each other, as one focussed on contact with people and the second feared no contact with people. Fox News provides more details: The most-Googled phobia of the year is fear of other people, according to researchers, who …

Guilty as Sin

I am guilty as sin Sin is in me. Let’s blame Eve. It was Eve that first gave into the number one temptation since God created us — to be like God. I suppose we could blame Satan who deceived her. By the time Adam came upon the scene, it was too late. Still, like most husbands would, he joined Eve in the one and only thing they were not supposed to do. Eating of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil meant that they now knew sin. From that moment forward the internal battle raged between trying to do good and wanting to do bad. That is the struggle into which I was born. Into which we are all born. This doesn’t mean that we have to pay for Eve’s sin. It does mean that the consequences of sin are long lasting, even eternal. We suffer the consequences of Adam and Eve’s sin. They were kicked out of Eden and their lives became difficult and harsh. I wonder how many conversations they …

Man rips cross off London church on Sunday afternoon

In a brazen act, this past Sunday afternoon, Oct. 18, 2020, a man ripped a cross off a Baptist church in East London. Several shocked bystanders videoed the incident. Breitbart reports: A viral video on social media appears to a show a man standing on top of a church and ripping down its cross in broad daylight. The video shows a young male methodically yanking down the cross on top of the Chadwell Heath Baptist Church, which describes itself as “an informal multinational congregation of around 70 people [who] seek to worship God and pray together, to share the good news of Jesus Christ, to encourage people to be His disciples and serve the local community and wider church family.” The man makes no attempt to even partially hide his identity — which would not be difficult, with the sight of people wearing masks even outdoors not uncommon in London amid the ongoing Wuhan virus pandemic — and appears heedless of the fact that there are multiple people at the scene or passing by at the time of the act. …

Did WHO just say COVID is no more dangerous than the flu?

Some suspect that Dr. Michael Ryan, the World Health Organization’s (WHO) director of emergencies, was probably wanting to spread more fear about how serious COVID was by stating that the best estimate is that 10% of the world’s population has contracted the virus. Of course, this was intended as a serious warning to the remaining 90%. However, others suggest a quick look at those stats inadvertently proves the exact opposite because it reveals that COVID is no more dangerous than the seasonal flu when it comes to its death rate. LifeSite News explains: GENEVA, October 16, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) – In an apparent attempt to incite a level of fear regarding the spread of COVID-19, World Health Organization (WHO) officials released what at first glance appears to be an alarming infection rate number. When that number is compared to the number of deaths, however, it proves that the death rate of the novel coronavirus is comparable to the seasonal flu, something that many experts and close observers have been claiming for months. According to the AP, the WHO’s executive director …

This year: Does anything matter?

Have you noticed that Internet sites and videos now come with advertising? And this is the year of the angry radical, shouting for something and burning things down. Everyone wants a piece of us. In the last few days, we had some early cold weather. Our rain barrel is frozen over and I can’t break the ice. I would break it because I saw a big bird, a magpie, trying to get a drink of water. The bad news for the birds might be good for us. We have experienced some petty crime in our neighborhood, and the police don’t like to get involved, if the offenders look poor. It was becoming scary, and then the cold weather came, and kept most of us in warm places. I feel safer in the cold. Also, several elections will happen in the next few weeks, and maybe people will stop bickering and shouting so much, when decisions are made. We could use some peace, in this troubled year 2020. What is important to you? If I went …
