With the arrival of the much milder COVID variant, Omicron, three countries, Britain, Czech Republic, and Israel, announced that they have or will be ending the need for a vaccine passport to enter public venues.

The Czech Republic and Israel have already implemented this policy.

Citing a significant drop in COVID cases, Great Britain announced it will not require facemasks and vaccine passports within a couple of weeks.
