Prophetic word predicts the soon demise of the Coronavirus and end to the panic

I am reluctant to believe anything coming out of China because its Communist government controls and manipulates the news to the point it will even arrest people who produce news contrary to the government’s approved message.

But having said that, CNN is reporting that Chinese President Xi Jinping has visited the Chinese city of Wuhan on Tuesday, that was ground zero for the start of the Coronavirus.

As CNN pointed out, there is no way Jinping would be visiting the city, if the virus was still on the rampage. His visit suggests there has been a major turning point in the spread of the virus in Wuhan.

If that is true, is this an indicator of the potential demise to the Coronavirus?

Jingping’s appearance in Wuhan coincides with an earlier prophetic word given by Shawn Bolz on his ministry’s Facebook page on February 28, 2020. Shawn Bolz is a rising prophetic voice in Charismatic circles and has a popular podcast focusing on the prophetic on Charisma News.

Bolz prophesied that he saw the end coming for the Coronavirus and his message is flying in the face of the mainline media’s hysteria, which has made it difficult to get a real handle on the virus because it has become so politicized.

Bolz wrote:

“The Lord showed me the end of the Coronavirus…the tide is turning now! He is answering the prayers and cries of the nations and is putting an end in sight.

The exaggerated fear based tactics of both the enemy and several media outlets for political reasons is coming to an end. The enemy has been trying to distract and steal from several equally important purposes and issues by dominating airwaves with conspiracy and fear. Even now several vaccines are coming out as well as a natural dying out of the virus itself.

The Lord is saying ‘I am removing the threat of this.’ Within a short amount of time the extreme threat will feel like it is in the way past.”

I find it interesting that Bolz described the fear surrounding the virus as “exaggerated” and also pointed out attempts by several mainline media outlets to generate fear for political purposes.

For several years, my wife worked on a hospital ward that handled elderly patients. She said every November, her ward was hit with the flu and people died. She remembers when three or four people would die during a single week and it wasn’t shocking.

There were times, when up to half the staff was off work because of the flu. Units would be locked down on isolation, in other words quarantined, and no visitors allowed. The nursing staff were forced to gown up and wear masks when providing care for patients.

Sound familiar.

But once spring hit, the number of people with the flu would dramatically start dropping off and the emergency was over.

Like the flu, the Coronavirus seems to be affecting the elderly and those with previous health issues. Though many are dying, many thousands more are recovering.

One 29-year-old Australian woman who actually contracted the Coronavirus while traveling to London, England via Singapore told everyone to “calm down” because the only symptoms she experienced was tiredness, a sore throat and a head ache. She compared it to a long cold.

But older people and those with other health issues need to take extra precautions. They are particularly vulnerable to the coronavirus.

A couple of weeks back, I was talking to a believer who was quite concerned about the Coronavirus. He wondered my opinion. I simply said I would make my final judgement in May which typically marks the end of the flu season.

And I noticed in Bolz’s prophecy he stated that God was not only getting involved, but there would also be a “natural dying out of the virus itself.”

Perhaps the most concerning thing about the Coronavirus is the fear being generated with the help of the media. I have even sensed it myself at times.

Warning — nothing destroys faith more than fear.

Then Peter got down out of the boat, walked on the water and came toward Jesus. 30 But when he saw the wind, he was afraid and, beginning to sink, cried out, “Lord, save me!”

Matthew 14:29 NIV
