Have you heard the claim that Climate Change is now a religion? Some people believe that. If you want to know more, try an Internet search with those keywords. Also, we have people with strong convictions about sexual orientation and gender transition. Those beliefs can become like the meaning of life for the people involved. Radical ideas can be like a religion. Some critics claim that many of these ideas came together at the recent Grammy Awards: So, have you noticed the talk about religions centered on the person of Satan? For example, there is some interest in “After School Satan Club” meetings for children in public schools. Also, there is a religious organization, that we might call a church, named the “Temple of Satan.” Again, an Internet search with those keywords will produce many discussions and articles. For several years, the small community of Bramshaw, England has been inundated with satanic symbols, rituals and related vandalism. The latest involved the discovery of five animal hearts placed on top of a stone landmark at the site. It was surrounded by a large circle of candles in what appeared to have been part of a satanic ritual held at the site, the Daily Mail reports. The ceremony was performed in a popular area in a nearby park sometime around Jan 13, 2023. Public displays of the demonic rituals started showing up in 2019, when people found dead sheep lying on roads with pentagrams spray-painted on their corpses. In one instance, an upside-down cross was placed on a body. St. Peter’s Church was also vandalized with satanic symbols that same year. Parish priest claims church targeted by Satanists

The vicar of a church in Bramshaw, England claims his church is being targeted by Satanists, the Daily Mail reports. Reverend David Bacon of St Peter’s Church made this statement after members of his congregation, who had come to the church to decorate it for Christmas, found a cat hanging from the church’s flagpole. Reverend Bacon described it as being horribly hanged. A few weeks earlier, a fox was found dead on the doorsteps of the church built in the 12th century, and it is highly unlikely it died from natural causes. The vicar’s claim has some recent history supporting this belief. In 2019, several dead sheep were found around the village with satanic pentagrams spray-painted on their dead bodies. In one instance, an upside-down cross was found laying against a dead sheep that had been stabbed with a spear. Inverted crosses are a common satanic symbol. Cofounder of South African Satanic Church turns to Christ after experiencing God’s love

One of the co-founders of the South African Satanic Church (SASC), Riaan Swiegelaar, has renounced his involvement in Satanism and become a Christian, CBN reports. Swiegelaar made the announcement in a video posted on Facebook on July 4, 2022, after several people asked why he had left Satanism. Swiegelaar said: “I’m doing this live video because many, more than 100 people, on WhatsApp and almost 200 on Facebook, are sending me messages wanting to know why did I leave the South African Satanic Church as well as why did I turn my back on Satanism.” Swiegelaar, who was involved in Christian ministry decades earlier, had left the ministry, become an atheist and later found himself drawn to Satanism. In his video, which has been viewed over 212,000 times, Swiegelaar explained what happened: “I got involved with Satanism because at the time it resonated with me, being very broken and sad without realizing it.
