A group of Christian prayer warriors have organized a Revive Boston conference purposefully being held in at the same time as SatanCon, scheduled for Boston this upcoming week, Fox News reports. SatanCon, which will run from April 28-30, 2023, coincides with The Satanic Temple’s tenth anniversary and has been billed as the ‘largest satanic gathering in history.’ The event advertised as “a weekend of blasphemy and remembrance in Boston,” will include a satanic marketplace, discussion panels, speaking events and even ‘unbaptisms’ for those denying their Christian faith. In an interview with the Christian Post, Suzie MacAskill, an organizer of Revive Boston, said she expects hundreds of people to attend the gathering as many intercessors have expressed that they felt God calling them to Boston. Sammy Berko, who suffered a heart attack, while at a rock climbing gym, experienced a miracle after he came back to life after his mother prayed for him, Faithwire reports. Berko was near the top of the rock climbing wall when he passed out and fell to the ground. More allegations of Chinese Communist Party police stations in the US

New York prosecutors recently arrested two individuals for allegedly setting up illegal police stations on behalf of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in the city. This took place shortly after Safeguard Defenders announced in an update on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, that it has allegedly uncovered more Chinese police stations in several American cities, Breitbart reports. Safeguard, a non-government agency, said in a September 2022 report that it has found evidence of 110 CCP police stations around the world including many in the US. In its Tuesday update, the agency announced it has found evidence of more illegal police stations that included several new ones in the US. Surfer credits God in helping fight off shark attack

Mike Morita, 58, was out surfing early Easter Sunday morning on Kewalos Beach, Hawaii before he and his wife attended a service at their church. West Virginia church vandalized with phallic symbols and words ‘believe in satan’ over Easter Weekend

Vandals broke into Konnarock Baptist Church in Washington County in West Virginia over the Easter weekend spray-painting satanic messages and phallic symbols on the interior and exterior of the building. It was solely an act of vandalism, as nothing seems to have been stolen from the church. The church was broken into on Sunday morning after the morning service and all interior rooms except for the main sanctuary were vandalized. The messages included ‘believe in satan,’ ‘I’m not sorry,’ a pentagram and 666. Several windows were broken and there was also a stick figure hanging from a noose painted on one wall as well as phallic images. Significant increase in attacks on American churches in first three months of 2023, study finds

According to a report by the Family Research Council (FRC), there was a significant increase in attacks against churches between January and March 2023, Breitbart reports. The FRC has been tracking attacks against churches for the past six years. Though it has been noticing a steady increase, the number of attacks in the first three months of this year was significantly higher than seen in previous years. FRC writes: “…In the first quarter of 2023, 69 incidents have already occurred. If this rate continues, 2023 will have the highest number of incidents of the six years FRC has tracked, continuing the upward trend. Most of the 2023 incidents occurred in January (43); 14 occurred in February, and 12 occurred in March.” In its report, the FRC added that the number of attacks on churches reported in its study is probably much higher because it only provides data on the actual number of reported cases. According to a recent survey conducted by Lifeway, a significant majority of Americans believe the Biblical accounts of Jesus’ death and resurrection are accurate, Faithwire reports. The survey, entitled “2022 State of Theology” found that 66% of Americans believe the Gospel accounts of Christ’s resurrection are accurate and only 23% believe they weren’t. Scientists are warning that one of the largest volcanos in the Western Hemisphere, Nevado del Ruiz, located just west of Bogotá, Columbia is showing signs of activity, the NY Post reports. A large swarm of earthquake activity (11,600 on March 30) at the site has prompted Colombia’s Geological Survey to issue the second-highest, orange warning, about potential volcanic activity at the site. This has resulted in a call to evacuate 57,000 people living within the shadow of the volcano. The last time Nevado del Ruiz erupted was on Nov 13, 1985, killing an estimated 23,000 people in the town of Armero in a matter of a couple of hours. At the time, people were unaware of what was happening on the mountain as it was obscured by dark storm clouds. 72% of those arrested for violent crime in NYC and released without bail, go on to commit more crimes, study finds

New York City recently instituted bail reform that would allow those accused of violent crimes to be released with no bail, sometimes on the same day. The John Jay College of Criminal Justice conducted a study, to find out if the change impacted a suspects’ chances of being re-arrested, Breitbart reports. The study found that 72% of those who had been released after bail reform, meaning they did not have to pay bail, were rearrested for a violent crime. Meanwhile, prior to bail reform, only 62% were rearrested for a violent crime. The study concluded that there was a 50% increase in felony re-arrests after the city introduced its no-bail policy and a 36% increase in rearrests for violent crime. The released database included over 320 undercover police officers who have now been forced to stop their investigation into criminal gangs, drug dealers and sex trafficking groups in the city. The undercover cops, who are now suing the LA police force, are concerned that this move not only endangered their lives but those of their family members as well. There has been a major shift politically in Finland after Sunday’s election that saw the downfall of its progressive, left-wing Prime Minister, Sanna Marin, The Blaze reports. Jewish rabbis ask the Israeli government for permission to conduct the Passover sacrifice on the Temple Mount

Six people, three children and three adults, were killed after a woman who appeared to be in her teens armed with two assault rifles and a handgun opened fire on a private Christian elementary school in Nashville, TN. There have several allegations recently that the Chinese Communist Pary (CCP) was actively involved in Canada’s last two federal elections to ensure that Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was reelected as Prime Minister. Now Global News is alleging that a Canadian MP, Han Dong, who allegedly may have benefitted from the CCP’s election interference was advising the Beijing Government not to release two Canadians who had been arrested by the CCP. Most believe the two were arrested because the Canadian government had detained Meng Wanzhou, a Huawei executive, at the request of the US government. Colorado city to ban the construction of new gas stations

The city council of Louisville, Colorado, a suburb of Denver, is considering passing an ordinance that would prevent the construction of any new gas stations or auto service businesses that would provide any type of car repair, Fox News reports. The ordinance would be part of the council’s attempt to fight climate change. With a population of 21,000, the city council essentially wants to cap the number of gas stations in the city to six. Under the provision, the city would allow the construction of a seventh gas station provided it is part of a larger retail mall. Any new station would also have to include two charging stations for electric vehicles as part of its service. Banning the construction of gas stations seems to be part of a new trend being embraced by the environmental and political elites. A teacher at Churchill High School in Eugene, Oregon is on paid leave after someone exposed one of his assignments where he asked students to write a sexual fantasy. Oregon Live provides a description of the assignment. “You will write a short story of a paragraph or two. This story is a sexual fantasy that will have NO penetration of any kind or oral sex (no way of passing an STI),’’ the assignment read. “You will choose 3 items (romantic music, candles, massage oil, feather, feather boa, flavored syrup, etc) to use in your story. Your story should show that you can show and receive loving physical affection without having sex.” As well, the students were asked to write down the initials of a fellow student they would like to explore this sexual fantasy with. 60% of Americans fear sharing their faith at work, survey

According to a survey conducted by Ipsos Survey on behalf of Alliance Defending Freedom, 60% of Americans are fearful of sharing their faith at work, the Christian Post reports. The survey entitled, ‘Freedom at Work,’ was conducted between Oct 7 and Nov 16, 2022. According to the survey, three in five expressed that it was ‘likely’ or ‘somewhat likely’ that if they shared their faith at work it would result in “negative consequences at work.” The survey also revealed that 25% stated that they knew someone who had suffered repercussions for sharing their faith or political opinions at work.
