The multiple ways Twitter censored conservatives

For the past several days, Elon Musk, Twitter’s new owner, has been releasing screenshots of conversations and decisions made by former left-wing Twitter employees to hinder conservative voices on the social media platform. In his most recent release, Musk exposed the various methods that were used to limit the reach of conservative voices which the company’s woke employees did not agree with. This included: Trending blacklist: This prevented the tweets of such users as Stanford University’s Dr. Jay Bhattacharya (@DrJBhattacharya), who stated that lockdowns would hurt children, from trending. Don’t amplify: The tweets of users such as Charlie Kirk (@charliekirk11), were not allowed to be amplified, which meant among other things his tweets were suppressed during searches. Shadow banning: This limited the visibility of tweets to people who had chosen to follow a particular user. Spying: As part of this anti-conservative campaign, Twitter employees were spying on Direct messages that Twitter users sent to each other. Joseph beheaded in a violent attack on a church’s nativity scene

The nativity scene at a church in Ipswich, England has been vandalized just four days after it had been set up at the 13th century All Saints Church. The display was torn apart with the life-size figurines scattered around the site. Many of the figurines were damaged and will require a significant amount of repair to make them suitable for display. The model of Joseph had also been decapitated. “Why would someone have so much hatred and desire to ruin and destroy something that is not their property, and something that is there to express someone’s belief?,” The Rev Danny Morrison who serves as the church’s vicar told the Daily Mail. “What state might their life be like if they find pleasure in doing this? I am trying to make sense which I really can’t.” The church has been putting up the Nativity scene for the past five years. It has a message beneath it that reads, “Jesus came to save us all.” Unfortunately, the nativity was also vandalized several times in 2018, the first …

Study: Vitamin D helps prevent dementia

I haven’t done a study showing the benefits of vitamin D recently, and this one seemed like an interesting one, as researchers claim that vitamin D may be effective in preventing dementia. The researchers found that people with high levels of vitamin D in their brains were 33% less like to suffer from memory loss. Researchers from the Rush Memory and Ageing Project based in Chicago, Ill, came to this conclusion after examining brain tissue samples of 290 people who were part of a long-term Alzheimer’s study. None of the people who were part of the study when it started in 1997 had any form of memory impairment. They had a cognitive analysis done regularly over the following years and agreed to have their brains preserved after they died. By the time they had passed, 113 had been diagnosed with dementia and 68 others were experiencing what was described as a mild memory loss. Speaking for the research team, Dr Sarah Booth from Rush University stated: ‘We now know that vitamin D is present in …

Britain approves construction of first coal mine in decades

After being conned by the environmental fanatics and the World Economic Forum for the past several decades, Britain has finally come to its senses and realized green energy will NOT supply the electrical needs of the nation. The British government recently approved the construction of a coal mine in that country. This is the first coal mine approved by the UK government in decades, the Daily Mail reports. The £165 million ($201 million US) mine, which is expected to create 500 jobs, will supply coal to Britain’s steelmakers, who were importing coal from outside the country to supply their energy needs. In order to pacify the green fanatics, the government insists that the coal will not be used to produce electricity for the country’s citizens. Instead, Brits will be forced to cut back their electrical usage or face blackouts this winter. Nevertheless, it is a realization that common sense is slowly starting to gain some ground. Windmills, solar panels and sunflower oil can’t meet the energy needs of any modern country. READ: Michael Gove approves …

Nearly 40% of Americans believe the world has entered the end times

A recent poll by Pew Research reports that 39% of Americans believe that we have now entered the end times, Lifeway Research reports. But the survey also revealed the theological divide in Christianity regarding the last days Pew pointed out that there were essentially two basic views represented in the group who believe we are in the end times. This included 14% who believed that Jesus’ return is imminent, and that the world will worsen until the Lord’s second coming. The remaining 25% are described as all other end times believers. There are basically three views of the end times among Christians, and they all center on the Millennium or the 1,000-year reign of Christ recorded in Revelation 20:2-7, when Christ will rule the earth. During this 1,000-year reign, governments will submit to Christ’s rule. And this combined with Satan being bound will result in an unparalleled time of peace and economic prosperity. At the end of this age, Satan will be released and dealt with once and for all by God and the angels. …

Death threats against Christians in America

PJ Media reports that a Newman Center, based at the University of Nebraska-Omaha, received a note threatening violence if it hosted an event with a pro-life group called Students for Life. Newman Centers, operated by Roman Catholic students, provide support for Catholic students attending universities across America. The threat purported to be from the radical pro-abortion group, Janes Revenge, actually threatened violence with AR14 rifles, KETV reports. A letter, posted on the door where the meeting was to be held, read: Dear Dan Andrews, If our right to abortion in Bellevue is taken away due to the attempt to pass an abortion ban and it gets passed we will shoot up your Newman center with our new AR14 rifles. Sincerely, Jane’s Revenge READ: ‘Janes Revenge’ Abortion Zealots Threaten to ‘Shoot Up’ Catholic Newman Center With ‘New AR14 Rifles’ AND Omaha, Douglas County authorities investigating threat of violence to Newman Center AND Catholic Student Center in Nebraska Receives Shooting Threat, Signed ‘Jane’s Revenge’ Though a spokesperson for the Newman Center said they refused to be intimidated …

Majority of Americans believe in religious freedom for medical professionals

A survey conducted by Becket Fund for Religious Liberty in late September and early October 2022 revealed that 73% of Americans believe physicians should be able to opt out of performing certain medical procedures if they violate the doctor’s religious beliefs. This would include such things as abortions, assisted suicide and sex change operations. The survey also found that 62% of Americans believe that hospitals with a religious affiliation should not be forced to offer abortions as part of their medical services. Despite these positive results, the survey found that only 50% of Americans realized that Religious Freedom is protected in the US Constitution. READ: Most Americans favor religious liberty protections for medical professionals: survey These survey results were released shortly after the US Court of Appeals unanimously struck down a mandate put forward by the Biden Administration that would force Christian doctors to participate in gender-transition procedures and abortions. Based on its interpretation of Section 1557 of the 2010 Affordable Care Act, covering issues that could potentially restrict an individual’s right to transition, the …

The power of miracles

Then Philip went down to the city of Samaria, and preached Christ unto them. And the people with one accord gave heed unto those things which Philip spake, hearing and seeing the miracles which he did. For unclean spirits, crying with loud voice, came out of many that were possessed with them: and many taken with palsies, and that were lame, were healed. And there was great joy in that city. — Acts 8:5-8 By Rick Renner On April 12, I told a bit of this story, but it so impacted my life that I want to share it in greater detail today and give you the reason why miracles often occur on a massive scale, or among large crowds of people. It was the conclusion of five amazing days of meetings — the first large public meeting that Denise and I had ever conducted in the former USSR. Of the 32,000 people who attended the event, 7,000 people came forward to receive Christ and 926 people received water baptism — and we witnessed scores …

Canada: The cause of death?

In 2016, Canada’s Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, introduced Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD), which allowed those who were suffering from severe illnesses/disabilities to request euthanasia from medical practitioners. It has taken a horrific turn recently, as in 2023, Trudeau will be extending it to include those experiencing mental health issues. In his article, Maid: from Consent to Coercion, Darshan Maharaja provides yet another recent development on the MAiD front: Even after seeing many shocking facts & revelations on the MAiD issue over the past 2 months, it came as a jolt to me that the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario has made a draft policy to the effect that the death certificate of MAiD recipients in the province will NOT show MAiD as the cause of their death… READ: MAiD: From Consent To Coercion It is also being pushed on people who didn’t request it A Canadian army veteran, who was permanently injured during military training, was allegedly offered MAiD by a government bureaucrat, when she complained to the Federal government’s Veteran Affairs …

Apparently, good grammar is racist

There is an old saying that when everything is important, then nothing is important. And recently we have seen a flood of things that the woke are calling racist, which after a while literally devalues things that actually are. The latest comes from a woke teacher, from not surprisingly California, who allegedly stated that good writing and proper grammar are racist, and vowed to make changes in her classroom the next term. According to Fox News, Marta Shaffer, who teaches English at Oroville High School in Northern California, made this claim in a recent TikTok video. Shaffer added that ‘white supremacy’ runs deep in public schools stating: “What do I mean by that? Well, let’s look at how we write essays: Start with an introduction that includes a thesis; always cite your sources; use transition words like ‘however’ and ‘therefore.’ They are all made-up rules. They’re arbitrary. They were created by Westerners in power.” She also described proper grammar, as the ‘language of power.’ Now, to be fair not everything that Shaffer said was completely …
