British Labour MP calls for climate change reparations for Pakistan

While Pakistan has enough money to develop a Space program and nuclear weapons, a British Labour MP, Ed Miliband, is demanding Britain pay Climate Change reparations to Pakistan in light of the recent flooding. Of course, the rhetoric is ramping up because the Cop-27 climate change summit has just started in Egypt. This is when all the world’s elite annually gather via their private jets to tell the rest of us we need to cut back CO2 emissions. The Daily Mail provides more details on the Labour MP’s demands: Labour’s Ed Miliband today backed calls for taxpayers’ money to be given to countries such as Pakistan and the Maldives for ‘loss and damage’ from climate change. The shadow climate and net zero secretary insisted it was ‘morally right’ to hand money to poorer nations that are ‘on the frontline of the climate crisis’.[…] A debate over ‘loss and damage’ is expected to be a key issue at the Cop-27 summit, with developing countries having already made demands ahead of the Egypt gathering. Canada’s Deputy Prime tells Canadians to cut DisneyPlus subscription to make ends meet

Canada’s Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister, Chrystia Freeland recently had some advice for Canadians struggling to pay the bills because of government-caused inflation, rapidly rising fuel and heating bills due in part to higher carbon taxes. She told Canadians to follow her example and cut their DisneyPlus subscription and save $13.99 a month: This may explain some of Canada’s financial problems. As an MP, Freeland earns $189,500 a year, plus an additional $90,400 as Finance Minister totaling $280,000. I was unable to determine how much Freeland earns as Deputy Prime Minister, but the Deputy House leader in the Senate earns $42,000, so I suspect Freeland is probably in that range, putting her salary at closer to $320,000 a year. If she has to cut her DisneyPlus channel to make ends meet on that annual salary, no wonder Canada is in such a financial mess.

Video: Pro-life sign fights back and keeps standing

A man was walking past the Church of the Resurrection School in Lansing, Michigan, which had a pro-life sign opposing Michigan’s pro-abortion bill, Proposal 3. Seeing the sign, the man veered towards it and gives it a good kick, sending it flying into the air. Expecting, he had knocked it down, the man continued walking oblivious to what actually happened. In an incredible athletic move, the sign manages to keep standing. Proposal 3, being voted on in a state-wide referendum vote on Nov 8, would protect abortions in that state after the Roe vs Wade ruling. However, pro-life opponents state the proposal would actually expand abortion. According to a statement on Michigan Catholic College website: “It [Proposal 3] would allow abortions to be performed by anyone, at any point in pregnancy, and for any reason. It would throw away state laws regulating quality, safety, and inspections for abortion clinics. It would remove parental consent requirement for teens seeking abortions, and also teens seeking gender reassignment surgeries.” “This amendment would take Michigan far beyond what was …

Persecution by stealth

Award-winning journalist, David Campanale, who quit his job at the BBC to run as a Liberal Democrat MP in Britain claims he is being run out of the political party because he is a Christian, the Daily Mail reports. The Daily Mail reports: David Campanale told The Mail on Sunday he had been ‘humiliated, ostracised and punished’ by party members who were voting on whether to deselect him last night. The 58-year-old Anglican, who quit as a reporter for the BBC World Service to enter politics, claimed he had fallen victim to US-style cancel culture by activists trying to secularise the Liberal Democrats. He told the MoS: ‘I have been subjected to hostile, degrading and harassing conduct for holding Christian views. They are acting in defiance of our liberal values. This is not the party we are. Some people are Christian – get over it.’ READ: ‘Cancelled for being Christian’: Award-winning former BBC journalist hoping to become Lib Dem MP says he is being hounded out of the party for his religious values Realizing they …

Have you been to an angry demonstration lately? Who do you blame?

So, how are you? Are you angry, sad, anxious, excited …? The list can be long. Our culture is changing. People are arguing about things we didn’t talk about a few years ago. Do you believe in a climate emergency, or are those climate people crazy? We also have politics, and abortion, and sexual identity … and that list is long. What we seem to have is a cultural civil war, and the arguments are getting louder. This “war” can become violent. I don’t know how many have died, but some people have been injured in the fights: In the country of Brazil, which makes up about half a continent, a recent election split the vote evenly between liberals and conservatives. The liberals won by about one percent, and now the country is divided. I hope they can work out their differences, but it’s not easy to win a cultural civil war. Expect demonstrations. So, what is happening to us? Why are we changing? There may be many reasons, but psychologists have an expression that …

Activists trying to drive away Twitter advertisers

Elon Musk recently purchased Twitter with plans to return free speech to the once heavily censored anti-conservative social media platform. But Musk is now reporting that activist groups are fighting back and organizing a campaign to have corporations stop advertising on Twitter. Musk reports that there has already been a significant drop in revenue. The Post Millennial provides more details: Twitter owner Elon Musk says that his newly purchased website Twitter has seen a “massive drop” in revenue due to activist groups pressuring Twitter, despite nothing having changed in content moderation. Musk tweeted on Friday, “Twitter has had a massive drop in revenue, due to activist groups pressuring advertisers, even though nothing has changed with content moderation and we did everything we could to appease the activists. Extremely messed up! They’re trying to destroy free speech in America.” Some major corporations that have allegedly already stopped advertising on Twitter, include General Mills, Audi, Pfizer, and Volkswagen. Is a blood moon occurring on the night of the 2022 American mid-term election significant?

The astronomical phenomenon referred to as a blood or red moon, occurs when the sun, earth and moon align in such a way that the earth partially blocks the sun’s rays from reaching the moon. In a sense, the moon is moving into the earth’s shadow. However, the earth is not large enough to completely block the sun. As its rays move through the edges of the earth’s atmosphere, the blue is basically scattered, and the red is deflected towards the moon giving it an orange or red hue. Curiously, CBN is reporting that there will be a blood moon on November 8, 2022, the night of the midterm elections in the United States. Some have wondered if there is some special significance to this coinciding with what many believe is a major political event in the US, which could see a shift in the political climate in both the America’s Senate and House of Representatives. When God created the universe, the lights in the night sky were intended to serve as signs: 14 And God …

At its core, Global Warming is a front for Marxism

It has been suspected for years, that at its core the global warming movement is not driven by a concern over CO2, but rather by a Marxist ideology and a hatred of capitalism. That was recently confirmed by Global Warming’s high priestess, Greta Thunberg who raged on about capitalism, when promoting her latest book, The Climate Book. Breitbart provides more details: The dewy-eyedactivist, nominated three times for the Nobel Peace Prize, announced Sunday she wants an end to the West’s free-market capitalist system which she blames for “imperialism, oppression, genocide… racist, oppressive extractionism.” Calling for a “system-wide transformation” at the London Literary Festival where she launched her new book, Thunberg says the world’s current “normal” – dictated by the people voted into power – has failed. Canadian pastor acquitted of COVID violations

Tim Stephens, the pastor of Fairview Baptist church in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, has been acquitted after being charged with holding church services in 2021 in violation of the province’s social distancing rules. The police even used a helicopter to track him down after the government learned he was holding outdoor services. Stephens was arrested twice, including once in front of his children. Several pastors across Canada were arrested over allegations that they broke COVID lockdown rules. In his court case, Stephens was represented by lawyers with the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms (JCCF). In its release announcing Stephen’s acquittal, JCCF stated: “Pastor Stephens was illegally arrested and imprisoned for having allegedly violated the Public Health Orders, which have since been shown to be ineffective and harmful. This decision sets the record straight about the justifiability of his actions and about the importance of respecting Charter rights and freedoms.” READ: Canadian Pastor Acquitted After Pandemic Police Hunted Him and His Church with a Helicopter AND Pastor Tim Stephens acquitted today on charges of breach of Public …

Forgiveness

Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him. — Luke 17:3 By Rick Renner When I was a young boy, I had a baseball coach who really disliked me. No matter how hard I tried to please him, he poked fun at me and tried to embarrass me in front of my teammates. His words and behavior would hurt me deeply, but I can remember my father telling me to forgive him. My dad would gently urge me to “grin and bear it” because these things happen in life. So when my coach insulted me, I’d do my best to forgive him and then muster the strength to wipe away my tears and walk back onto the ball field. It was wrong of that baseball coach to treat me in that way, but his negativity provided a good learning experience to help prepare me for life. I’m so thankful my father taught me to forgive, get back on the field, and not let the words …
