Deacon Calvin Robinson is a minister with the Free Church of England, a conservative branch of the Global Fellowship of Confessing Anglicans.

He currently pastors Christ Church in Harlesden, England.

In an interview with FOX News, Robinson who holds a conservative view of the Bible warned about the progressive and Liberal Christianity that creeping its way into the church.

He described Liberalism as “the greatest threat to [Christianity] – current –because it’s one of the tools that the devil is using.”

It’s particularly dangerous because it is twisting the truth and trying to destroy the church from within.

The popular commentator went on to suggest that progressive Christianity is little more than a form of neo-marxism or communism.

And for those claiming to be progressive Christians, Robinson said it isn’t possible.

“Progressive Christianity is an oxymoron. You can either be a Christian or you can be progressive,” Robinson said.
