CBN reports that police in Calgary, Canada arrested a teenage boy who was handing out free Bibles.
Josh Alexander who is 16 years old posted a video of his arrest on Twitter.
Though he was released the same day, police warned Alexander that he would be arrested and charged if he continued to distribute Bibles.
The arrest took place after an altercation broke out between Alexander, his supporters, and a counter-protest group.
Alexander has previously gained notoriety for opposing policies at his Catholic high school in Renfrew, Ontario, that allowed transgender girls to use female bathrooms.
After he organized protests against the decision, Alexander was suspended by the school and eventually arrested by the police when he returned to class while suspended.
