The researchers looked at the medical records of 365,000 people between the ages of 50 to 74 and discovered that those who drank at least two cups of coffee or tea daily had 32% less chance of having a stroke and 28% lower dementia rates.
The study also found that those who drank between 4 and 6 cups of coffee/tea a day, even combined, had the lowest stroke and dementia rates.
