A new poll reveals there are growing concerns about the American economy.

According to a poll conducted in October by the AP-NORC Centre for Public Affairs, 65% said they believe the American economy is doing poorly.

An additional 47% stated that they thought the economy was only going to worsen over the next year, and only 30% saw any hope for improvement.

Breitbart notes that this is a dramatic jump of 11% over earlier polls that revealed 54% of Americans thought the economy was doing poorly.
