The Democrat controlled state of California has totally embraced unreliable green energy such as windmills and solar panels that only work when the wind is blowing and the sun is shining.

And in the process California scrapped reliable gas and nuclear energy.

And in the midst of the state’s recent heat wave, the people are paying the cost for these decisions as blackouts roll through the economy with millions of people and businesses losing electricity because the state can no longer meet electrical demands. Then Democrat LA Mayor Eric Garcetti sent out this tweet:

It’s almost 3 p.m. Time to turn off major appliances, set the thermostat to 78 degrees (or use a fan instead), turn off excess lights and unplug any appliances you’re not using.

Wow! The tweet about the man’s immigrant wife really stood out to me. It just angers me that these kind of people are always talking about “keeping the planet green” and “save the turtles”, and while that is all well and good, why do they not care more about the people on the planet. I say save the babies before we save the planet. Priorities people. Plus, so many Democratically governed states are some of the trashiest I’ve ever seen! So, what is up with that.
