2020 has been interesting, so far. “Interesting.” First we had a pandemic and a lockdown, and then we had violence in the streets, and who know what will happen next. In this mix of terrible news, many of us have lost our jobs. We hope the economy will restart, and maybe we will all get back to a normal life, but I have friends who are suffering from unemployment. For them, the other bad things are just in the news.
We were told: “Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground outside your Father’s care. And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. So don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.” (Matthew 10: 29 and 30)
If we believe God, can we believe for employment and healthy finances, in this crazy year of 2020?
