In an interview with CBN, pop-singer, Bodie Kuljian shared the miraculous healing of his wife, Royale, Faithwire reports.

“My wife’s eardrum was completely blown out, infected, and not working,” Bodie told CBN.

With his wife’s eardrum completely destroyed, doctors were discussing using part of a vein to construct a new ear drum.

But before that procedure started, Bodie and his wife attended church. While there a young girl named Amy prayed for Bodie’s wife to be healed.

“This girl at church was praying over me and I couldn’t hear her ’cause she was next to my bad ear,” Royale said. “And she was just praying, and praying, and then, immediately, I could start hearing her pray, and, so, I like looked at her weird. I was like, ‘I hear you, Amy.’”

 “And, so, it was just a crazy, just instant, immediately hearing and it was fully gone, fully recovered,” Royale added.

When she returned to the doctors, they were “really confused” by the miraculous restoration of her ear drum.

I believe that Amy received the gift of healing. Aside from the miracle itself, we see that that the Holy Spirit uses everyday Christians to heal the sick.

It reminds me of the miraculous healing of the Apostle Paul who before his conversion was persecuting the church. Jesus intercepted Paul on the road to Damascus striking him blind.

The Holy Spirit then used Ananias to heal Paul and fill him with the Holy Spirit (Acts 9:15-18).

We never hear of Ananias again, but Paul would go on to become major force in the early church.

These stories show us that the Holy Spirit wants to use average Christians in the miraculous. We need to take steps of faith and allow God to use us.

Bodie and his wife have three kids. In 2022, Bodie placed second in NBC’s The Voice.

The singing contest features judges who select talent to be part of their respective teams. It starts off with blind auditions where individuals sing with Judges facing away from them in chairs.

Judges will turn their chairs to face the singers if they are interested in the person as part of their team. If more than one judge turns, the singer chooses which team they want to join.

The judges that season were Blake Shelton, John Legend, Gwen Stefani and Camila Cabello.

Bodie was part of Shelton’s team and lost to fellow team member Bryce Leatherwood in the final.
