An article, published in the New York Post’s ‘Weird But True’ section, involved a prophetic word that Joshua Giles had about what would be taking place in 2025.

“God showed me that these conflicts (Gaza and Ukraine) would have the potential to spark into something wider that might pull in America and other nations,” Giles said in an interview with the Daily Mail.

He added, “I know what we’ve seen in Ukraine and in Israel, but I did see a widening of those conflicts in certain areas.” It’s concerning because a widening of these conflicts could lead to a third world war.

Joshua Giles is the prophetic leader of the Kingdom Embassy Worship Center in Minneapolis. I don’t know that much about Giles. He has 10,000 followers on Facebook and has been featured on TBN, Charisma and CBN.

He told the Daily Mail that God has been communicating with him through dreams and visions since he was a child.

What seems to have caught the Mail’s attention is that in 2020, Giles had received a vision of “an outbreak again of violence and war” in Israel and the Middle East. This seems to have been fulfilled with Hamas’ Oct. 7, 2023 attack on Israel.

Israel has made considerable gains against Hamas in recent months. However, an article in the Jerusalem Post warns that “Hamas forces are making a substantial comeback in the Gaza Strip.” The article stated that the terrorist organization has accumulated a fighting force that could be as high as 23,000.

Aside from this, Giles also saw visions of increase terrorist attacks in the US.

“One of the recent prophecies that I shared was about rising terror attacks that I saw against the United States,” Giles said in the Daily Mail article posted on Dec. 29, 2024. “So I really do believe that this is just an era of that, that we’re just kind of coming into I believe that there’s going to be more darkness or evil on the rise.”

America was shocked three days later, when they read about a possible terrorist attack in New Orleans on New Years Day. An alleged radicalized former American soldier rammed his truck into a crowd, killing 15 people and injured 30.

Some wondered if this was linked to a Tesla that exploded outside the Trump hotel in Las Vegas that same day. This resulted in the death of the person in the truck and the injury of seven others.

But despite this increased violence, Giles said good things would also be happening, describing 2025 as a ‘bittersweet’ year.

‘I saw certain cures that would come for common diseases that people have thought would be incurable, and doctors have said were incurable,” Giles told the Daily Mail.

“I would encourage anyone to focus on the good, because there is a lot of good in the world,” Giles added.

Secularists would argue that Giles’ warning of terrorist attacks in the US are either just a coincidence or predictable.

But if Giles is a prophet, he has a seer anointing that we see referenced throughout the Bible.

God speaks through His prophets in two basic ways. We have seers who God communicates with through dreams, visions and mental impressions. Along this we have nabi-style prophet who get actual messages or words from God.

The Bible even differentiates prophets by the way they primarily get their revelation. In 1 Chronicles 29:29, Gad and Samuel are specifically referred to as Seers and Nathan was described as a Nabi-prophet.

According to the prophet Joel, when the Holy Spirit is poured out in the end times, this will result in an increased prophetic anointing as “your sons and your daughters will prophesy.” Along with that, there would be an increase in seer-styled revelation, because “Your old men will have dreams, Your young men will see visions.” (Joel 2:28 NASV)
