While famed American rapper and music producer, Diddy (Sean Combs), faces serious charges including allegations of sex trafficking, worship leader Rod Long says he saw dark things taking place during Diddy’s recording sessions.
Long is a worship leader at Rig Global Church in Houston Texas founded by Tomi Arayomi. But before becoming a pastor, Long worked for Diddy’s Bad Boy Records, producing and writing songs.
In a YouTube video released on October 17, 2024, Pastor Arayomi interviewed Long about his alleged involvement with Diddy, MSN reports.
MSN noted that Long produced no evidence to support his claims.
In the video, which now has 1.8 million views, Long shared how he allegedly saw what appeared to be occult rituals being performed in the production studios.
“We would all be in the studio,” Long said. “We would light candles and as the beats are playing you know they would be chanting different things over the music.”
“It was amazing music. You don’t get to those realms without a supernatural aid or a supernatural guide,” Long continued.
Long believed they were calling on the supernatural to energize the music and felt personally impacted by these sessions.
“I was driven by something more than just my own ability,” Long said. “It was something driving me, driving me, driving me. I believe it was a demonic spirit in the sense that if I wasn’t in those realms I couldn’t hear the music like that. I couldn’t hear it as clear.”
Long added that often there was a noticeable shift in the studio’s atmosphere as they did this.
“You could feel the energy shift. It wasn’t just the music; it was like something in the air,” Long noted.
The worship leader added that he believed these sessions contributed in part to Diddy’s success.
“You don’t achieve that level of fame just by being good at what you do,” Long said, and then added this type of thing is common in the music industry.
“Many others in the industry used similar rituals to keep their power,” Long said.
Long had grown up in a Christian home in Texas, and after attending one of Diddy’s parties in New York. He was shocked by what was happening and called his father for help. His dad, who is also a pastor, sent him a plane ticket home.
But this is not the first time, that someone has made these type of claims about the music industry.
In an interview with Tucker Carlson in July 2024, country music star John Rich stated that he released his latest song, Revelation, to counter the satanic influence in the music industry.
Rich added that God led him to write the song which drew heavily from the Book of Revelation.
The country music singer pointed to the satanic symbolism that he saw in the 2023 NFL Superbowl half time show.
“They are practicing witchcraft on the stage right in front of you,” Rich said. “You’re watching a football game or an award show with your kids, and now evil is coming straight at you. We’ve all seen this. Somebody has to counter that.”
Rich added that at the same time he released his song, American rapper, Eminem, released an album with three songs that had satanic titles, “Evil”, “Lucifer” and “Antichrist.”
“How crazy is that,” Rich said.
Whether Diddy and others are using occult rituals to ‘energize’ their music is difficult to know.
But when we read about Jesus’ temptation in the wilderness, we see Satan making an unusual offer to Christ.
After taking the Lord to the top of a mountain, and showing him the kingdoms of the world. Satan offered Christ unlimited influence.
“All these things I will give You, if You fall down and worship me,” Satan said (Matthew 4:9).
