In an interview with popular Christian speaker Cindy Jacobs, Cindy McGill shared the interesting story that led to the start of her ministry, which focuses on helping people find their purpose in life and healing from trauma, God TV reports.

It goes back to the late 1990s when McGill was working in a dentist’s office and her boss wanted staff to manage his booth at a New Age fair.

McGill told her boss that she did not feel comfortable doing that, but she changed her mind after friends encouraged her to attend, so she could be a light in the darkness.

When it came to her turn to manage the booth, something very strange happened.

Unexpectedly, the Holy Spirit began to give her words for the people who were dropping by and McGill boldly began to release these words and pray for people.

As news spread about what was happening, a line began to form at her booth of people seeking a word from God as McGill was providing them for free.

It eventually caught the attention of a nearby psychic who was charging a fee for her service.

“I don’t know what you’re doing, but you’re complicating what I’m doing,” she told McGill.

God loves new-agers and wants to see them saved.

While people have tried to water down the story of the men who visited Christ shortly after His birth by referring to them as kings or wise men, in fact, they were Persian occultists, astrologers, and magicians.

They were the modern equivalent of our new-agers.

God even had a word for these men and spoke to them through a dream warning them not to revisit Herod after they had seen the Christ Child.
