A retired RCMP officer, William Majcher, has been charged with allegedly helping the Chinese Communist Party identify and intimidate an individual in Canada.

In its video write-up, CP24 explained:

“Police say he is from Hong Kong and used his network of Canadian contacts to get intelligence or services that benefited the People’s Republic of China.“

The RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) is the Canadian government’s police force.
