Most Americans aren’t ‘buying’ the climate change fanaticism, poll finds

A recent survey by the Competitive Enterprise Institute (CEI) has found that people aren’t buying what left-wing politicians and environmental extremists are peddling. The poll conducted by CRC Advisors asked a simple question: How much were Americans willing to pay to fight climate change. In a nutshell, the majority of Americans (57%) are only willing to pay $10 or less a month to fight climate change. In other words, Americans are starting to see through the extremist rhetoric and realize there is another agenda afoot. This quit being about the climate years ago and is now all politics. The Daily Caller provided an overall summary of the findings: Of course, some were willing to pay significant amounts: When you see the photos of those activists gluing themselves to cars and paintings, they all seem to be in their 20s or early 30s. So how much is this age group willing to pay for climate change? READ: Voters draw the line for ‘climate change’ cost at $10! RELATED: New Study: Greenhouse Gases May Not Be Causing …

How to be arrested, as a Christian

Have you ever been arrested? It’s an interesting experience. I know, because it happened to me once. Just once so far. When I was a young man, I travelled with a friend, in Europe, and we wandered too close to the iron curtain in Communist Europe, specifically Czechoslovakia. Today the location is in Slovakia. There was no iron and no curtain, and we missed a small border marker, and wandered onto the wrong side, and a heavily armed military squad came to get us. Yes, I was handcuffed and held in a forested area, and then we were released to the Austrian police. I remember they drove us to their police station in a Volkswagen Beetle patrol car. On the safe side, the Austrians were unhappy with us for disturbing the peace, and for being so dumb. They were going to lock us in a cell overnight, and then someone convinced them to let us go. That really happened, and it taught me a life lesson. I don’t confront officers in uniforms, with guns. Once …

Outrage over a study suggesting unvaccinated cause more car accidents

A recent study suggesting that people who are not vaccinated for COVID are causing more car accidents than those who have been vaccinated is sparking outrage around the world, the Daily Mail reports. The Canadian researchers based in Toronto claimed that the unvaccinated are 70% more likely to be in car accidents where at least one person was hospitalized, than those who are vaccinated. They then suggested that the unvaccinated should pay higher car insurance premiums. The study was immediately mocked by those on social media, with some claiming this is not science but rather political science with an agenda, noting that there is a difference between correlation and causation. The following tweet was posted by Dr Vinay Prasad, a hematologist-oncologist and health researcher at the University of California San Francisco, in response to the study. ‘This also repeats the dumb idea that primary care doctors should specialty counsel unvaccinated people about driving,’ Dr. Prasad added. Town restores nativity scene after complaints

After Bucksport council, a small town in Maine, caved to potential threats from Freedom From Religion Foundation (FFRF) and removed a nativity scene on town property, the citizens expressed their outrage at the decision, Fox News reports. FFRF had demanded that the town install one of its signs beside the nativity scene that spoke of the winter solstice and the Bill of Rights or remove the Nativity scene altogether. Over fears of a potential lawsuit, the town, on advice of legal counsel, decided on the latter course of action and took down the scene. Over a dozen of people showed up at the next council meeting and demanded the nativity scene be restored. One citizen described it as just another form of ‘cancel culture.’ Others demanded the city stand up for Freedom of Speech. “The First Amendment [protects] freedom of religion, not freedom from religion,” town resident, Bob Mercer said. Several cited Supreme Court Cases that stated that governments were allowed to set up religious displays on government-owned property. “It’s time for [the] silent majority …

She had given up praying for healing, and then God …

While she was taking skiing lessons as a young girl, Elizabeth Chatka found herself struggling to keep her balance. She later went to the doctor and after a series of tests was diagnosed with Facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSH), CBN reports, FSH is an inherited disorder caused by a genetic mutation, hence no known cure, that results in a weakening of the muscles particularly in the face, shoulders and arms. Though not deadly, 20% of cases result in people having to use a wheelchair. It is a rare condition with less than 40,000 cases reported in the US, and it usually shows up in people between the ages of 15 – 30. Because of her condition Elizabeth struggled with constant pain and found herself needing to rest while others were out having fun. But she had grown up in a Christian home and for several years sought God for healing. But nothing changed. She eventually married and while both she and her husband continued praying for healing, Elizabeth noticed that her symptoms were getting worse. At …

According to a recent survey conducted by Pearn Kandola, 82% of Christians in the UK do not wear religious jewelry or other items that may signify their faith to work over fears of being harassed, Premier Christian News reports. The study entitled, Religion at Work: Experiences of Christian Employees, said doing so would result in them being subjected to “ridicule and hostility from colleagues,” if coworkers found out that they were Christians. The report entitled, Religion at Work: Experiences of Christian Employees, concluded that while businesses superficially talk about inclusivity and diversity, it doesn’t appear to apply to Christians. The study also found that 48% of Christians believe their business could do more to make employees feel comfortable about their faith. More concerns about a China-based corporation buying land near a US Air force base

As reported earlier, concerns have been raised about how a corporation based in Communist China is purchasing and building on American property located near a US Air Force base. After news of this leaked out concerns were immediately raised that this could potentially be used to spy on the neighboring base. And now we have this: READ: Path opens for Fufeng project after federal agencies determine land deal was ‘not covered’ by CFIUS This is not the only American air force base with property owned by a corporation based out of communist China nearby. Meanwhile, in Canada A recently released report in Canada stated that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) interfered in the 2019 Federal election by trying to influence at least 11 political candidates in Canada. There has been a correction to that report. It actually stated that the CCP was trying to influence 11 candidates in just the Toronto area. Who knows how many were being influenced nationwide?: Everyone wants the names. Meanwhile, Canada’s Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, responds to the CCP’s election …

Parish priest claims church targeted by Satanists

The vicar of a church in Bramshaw, England claims his church is being targeted by Satanists, the Daily Mail reports. Reverend David Bacon of St Peter’s Church made this statement after members of his congregation, who had come to the church to decorate it for Christmas, found a cat hanging from the church’s flagpole. Reverend Bacon described it as being horribly hanged. A few weeks earlier, a fox was found dead on the doorsteps of the church built in the 12th century, and it is highly unlikely it died from natural causes. The vicar’s claim has some recent history supporting this belief. In 2019, several dead sheep were found around the village with satanic pentagrams spray-painted on their dead bodies. In one instance, an upside-down cross was found laying against a dead sheep that had been stabbed with a spear. Inverted crosses are a common satanic symbol. That same year, St Peter’s church also had occultic symbols sprayed on its outside wall. READ: Vicar of church targeted by ‘Satanists’ who ‘stabbed sheep and sprayed them …
