In an interview with First Things Foundation director, John Heers, former Fox News host Tucker Carlson spoke of the time that he was physically attacked by a demon, the Christian Post (CP) reports.
The attack took place as he was sleeping and while he was still working at Fox News. It was so real that Carlson remembers the day it happened, Feb. 20, 2023, which was a couple of months before he would be fired by the news network.
Carlson made the comment after Heers stated he believed the demonic was starting to rise up and it was causing people to look at the good.
“That’s what happened to me,” Carlson replied and told how he had been ‘mauled by a demon’ while sleeping in bed with his wife and four dogs.
When Heers asked if it was a demon that attacked Carlson.
“Yeah, by a demon,” Carlson said. “Or by something unseen that left claw marks on my sides.”
When he checked his body, Carlson said, he had four bleeding claw marks “on either side underneath my arms and on my left shoulder.”
The scars from the attack are still visible today.
The attack caused Carlson to start reading his Bible and he told CP that the Ephesians 6 chapter which speaks of spiritual war, “is real.”
He added that he doesn’t care if anyone believes him or not, he knows what happened to him.. Since, he left Fox News, Carlson has been outspoken about how he believes America is involved in a spiritual battle.
