A while back, I wrote an article on UFOs and specifically cited an incident in Las Vegas, where a family phoned 911 on April 30, 2023, stating that there was a large alien in their backyard which they described as tall and greenish.

The Los Angeles Times reported that one of the police officers sent to investigate the incident indicated that he was feeling nervous about what they would find. In other words, the officer was actually concerned that they would encounter some type of alien.

When the police arrived there were no aliens in the backyard, but they investigated the scene, interviewed the family who were convinced what they saw was real and as well several neighbors.

And on top of this, a police camera had recorded a bright blue object falling from the sky a couple of hours before the phone call.

The whole incident has now taken an even stranger turn, because six days earlier a popular Christian YouTuber, Troy Black, posted a video about a prophetic word he received in March about an alien spacecraft crash landing in Nevada, Charisma News reports.

Black who has nearly 400,000 subscribers to his YouTube channel has been interviewed on such programs as Sid Roth’s It’s Supernatural and Elijah Fire.

The time stamp on Black’s video entitled, “I know this Sounds Crazy, But God Showed me a UFO”, revealed that he had posted it on April 24, 2023.

In his vision which he received on March 9, 2023, but felt he wasn’t to share it until April, he saw an alien spacecraft smashing into the Nevada desert.

In a follow-up video, Black explained why he believed God gave him this prophetic word before the Las Vegas incident.

This is because the incident would be widely publicized which it was. The story was picked up by such major news organizations as CNN, Fox News, ABC, the LA Times, USA Today, and NBC, and internationally by The Mirror and Daily Mail.

And because it was widely circulated, it would be easy to become fearful.

“Here’s what I believe God was not saying in that,” Black said. “I don’t believe God is saying, ‘OK Christians, you all need to be scared of aliens; you all need to be concerned. Here’s something that’s concerning Me, and you all need to be concerned.’ God is absolutely not saying that. Why? Because we have not been given a spirit of fear but of power and love and a sound mind, the Holy Spirit, as believers.

Now Black is not suggesting that he saw an actual alien spacecraft, but rather this is what would be reported, and he added that it could in fact be demonic or perhaps even a hoax.

“So, what is God saying through this?” Black added. “I believe this is what God was saying. He knew what the headlines were going to be. He knew this was going to be a big, breaking news story. He knew what people were going to be saying about it, so therefore, ahead of time, He said, ‘Hey, I already know what people are going to say before they ever come out and say it’ … whether this is real aliens, whether it’s just a demonic thing, whether it’s a conspiracy, whether it’s one big grand hoax. To be honest, I don’t know, and that’s my perspective on this.”

“But I do know what God said ahead of time, and I know that He knew what people were going to be reporting on, and He knew that this was something that was going to come out in the news,” Black explains. “That’s why He gave me that word ahead of time and asked me to share it publicly.”

It is easy to find ourselves caught up in the popular hysteria about aliens and UFOs.

Even famed physicist, Stephen Hawking, who died in 2018, famously warned in a video a couple of years before his death that his greatest fear is that Earth would be ravaged by an advanced alien species. He even suggested that scientists should quit trying to make contact with life on other planets.

The Bible is clear that as believers we are not to fear or to be caught up in the conspiracies that those in the world find themselves consumed by:

11 For so the Lord spoke to me with mighty power and instructed me not to walk in the way of this people, saying,
12 “You are not to say, ‘It is a conspiracy!’
Regarding everything that this people call a conspiracy,
And you are not to fear what they fear or be in dread of it. (Isaiah 8:11-12 NASV)
