Until recently, Mongolia was controlled by Communists. The nation was a Soviet satellite, and a neighbor of Communist China. When the Soviet Union collapsed, life changed in Mongolia. One change was a rapid increase in the number of Christians. This is a new idea for most Mongols.

It is easy for us to focus on ourselves and to believe that important things happen among us. The world is much bigger than us, and it is interesting to see what God is doing in some places that we might overlook. People matter in those places too.

“All the ends of the earth will remember and turn to the Lord, and all the families of the nations will worship before You.” (Psalm 22:27)
