Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has just given the people of his state the power to fight back against Social Media censorship. The Governor recently signed into law Senate Bill 7072 that will allow people of his state to sue Big Tech, if they unfairly censor a person’s post or ban a person’s account.
There is an old saying, he who pays the piper calls the tune. The Heritage Foundation is a conservative think tank that promotes “the principles of free enterprise, limited government, individual freedom and traditional American values.” And recently the organization’s CEO announced that in 2020, the Heritage Foundation turned down two large donations from Big Tech.

Concerning news out of Australia has many warning again, that Big Tech’s powers must be reined in. A recent report alleges that Google, easily the largest search engine on the internet, was experimenting with ways to block access to news sites in that country. It was responding to the Australian government that is considering having Big Tech companies such as Google and Facebook pay for links to local news sources.
According to CBN, Sean Feucht, a worship leader associated with Bethel Music, recently shared several social media posts that Facebook, Instagram and Twitter are now censoring worship and praise videos. Apparently, Feucht was going to places where there has been rioting and then posting videos of praise and worship from these locations. And while these social media corporations allowed posts of actual rioting, somehow praise and worship songs was considered insensitive or harmful and removed.
