Covid chaos on ‘The View’

The Blaze is reporting that there was ‘chaos’ on set of ABC’s The View talk show this morning, as co-host Joy Behar was about to introduce US Vice President Kamala Harris to the audience. Apparently producers stopped the proceedings in midstream and told two of the hosts, Sunny Hostin and Ana Navarro, to get off the set. Confused, Behar was uncertain was going on and asked if she was to continue with the show and got conflicting answers of ‘no’ and ‘yes’ shouted at her from off stage. At that point, Behar called for a commercial break to find out what was going on. She returned after the break with the message that both Sunny and Ana, who are fully vaccinated, had tested positive for COVID. It appeared initially that the two remaining hosts, Behar and Sara Haines would continue with the interview of VP Harris, as people were seen wiping down the set. However, that was also cancelled, as the decision was made to for Behar to interview the Vice President remotely, as the …

US Vice President Mike Pence Declared ‘Mentally Ill’ Because He is a Christian?

Mike Pence, a born-again Christian, is also the Vice President of the United States. Recently the former governor of Indiana was labelled mentally ill on a TV program called The View simply because Pence believes Jesus speaks to him. It all started when The View played a brief clip from another TV program called “Celebrity Big Brother” where Omarosa Newman made a comment about Pence. Prior to her role on reality TV, Newman worked at the White House under President Trump. Newman said: “As bad as you think Trump is, you would be worried about Pence…. everyone that is wishing for impeachment might want to reconsider their life. I am a Christian, I love Jesus but he [Pence] thinks Jesus tells him to say things.” This began a brief discussion on The View about the US Vice President. Host Sunny Hostin zeroed in on the fact that Jesus was speaking to Pence adding that despite being elected governor of Indiana, Pence was hated in that state. Hostin based that opinion on the fact she attended …

Pop star Justin Bieber ‘comes out’ about his faith in an interview with ‘Complex Magazine’

In a recent interview with Complex Magazine, Canadian pop star Justin Bieber had some interesting things to say about Jesus, Christianity and the Church. There have been reports over the past several months that Justin is making a serious attempt to straighten out his life — and a big part of it has been his return to Christianity. Justin comes from a Christian home and has a praying mom. This past spring, the mega pop star was even seen attending a music worship conference put on by Australia’s Hillsong, but it was noted he wore a controversial Marilyn Manson t-shirt one day. Though some question the sincerity of Justin’s faith, it is becoming increasingly clear that he is serious and it is changing his life. For a while it seemed he was getting in trouble with the law almost weekly from drag racing while intoxicated with an expired driver’s license in Florida to accusations of assault in Canada, but more recently Justin’s biggest controversies center on his faith in Christ. In his interview with Complex …

Actress Candace Bure stands up for bakery who declined to make a wedding cake for a lesbian couple

To the shock of the hosts of ABC’s The View, on Tuesday (July 7, 2015), former Fullhouse star, actress Candace Cameron Bure stood up for a Christian couple accused of discrimination because they declined to bake a wedding cake for a lesbian couple in 2013. Aaron and Melissa Klein owned a bakery in Oregon called Sweetcakes by Melissa. When the Kleins turned down the gay couple they complained to the government. After a debate that has played out in the media for months, Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries commissioner Brad Avakian has just notified the Kleins he is fining them $135,000 to compensate the lesbians for their pain and suffering. Avakian is demanding the payment by July 13th. Because of threats and negative publicity, the Kleins were forced to close their business months earlier. The Kleins stated they will be asking Avakian for a stay on the fine so they can appeal his agency’s decision to an actual court. It is not known if Avakian will grant the stay and may continue his push …
