Majority of Americans believe that Christians should not be forced to compromise their faith
According to a recent survey conducted by Summit Ministries/McLaughlin and Associates, a significant majority of Americans do not believe that Christians should have to compromise their faith in the face of woke, left-wing ideology, Breitbart reports. This included being forced to compromise their values in the areas of traditional marriage, trans issues and critical race theory. The survey conducted between Dec 9 and 14, found that 68% of Americans do not believe that Christians should be forced to compromise in these areas. But this poll also revealed that a significant percentage, 32%, believe that Christians should. However, when politics were factored in the results took an interesting turn. The more left-wing an individual was the less likely they were to believe that American Christians should have the freedom of religion. The survey found that while 78% of Republicans believe that Christians should have this freedom, only 41% percent of Democrats felt the same way.
