Pro-abortion group targets Amy Barrett, her children and church

A radical, left-wing pro-abortion group has recently encouraged its supporters to target Supreme Court Justice Amy Barrett’s children, church and home, The Blaze reports. Ruth Sent Us, which is named after now deceased Supreme court Justice, Ruth Bader Ginsberg, issued its instructions through a Twitter post, which included photos of Barrett and the name of the church she attends. Ruth Sent Us is protesting the possibility that the Supreme Court may overturn Roe vs Wade, which would give state governments the final say on their abortion laws. READ: Pro-abortion group hints at targeting Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett’s children, church, and home Before this, Ruth sent a message to Supreme Court Justice, Brett Kavanaugh, with a photo of a billboard near the school where his children attend. The message, which was posted the same day that an armed man was arrested near Kavanaugh’s home, read, “We feel for you” as members of congress are not concerned about your safety. .READ: Abortion activists send ‘special message’ to Brett Kavanaugh’s wife and children, post picture outside their …

Justin Bieber asks for prayer for Ramsay Hunt Syndrome

In a video posted on Instagram, Justin Bieber, 27, asked for prayer because he is struggling with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome, which has resulted in him having to cancel some upcoming concerts, CBN reports. “As you can probably see from my face, I have this syndrome called Ramsay Hunt syndrome,” Justin told his fans. “As you can see, this eye is not blinking. I can’t smile on this side of my face. This nostril will not move, so there’s full paralysis on this side of my face.” Ramsay Hunt Syndrome (RHS) occurs when a shingle outbreak occurs on the face near a facial nerve. According to the Mayo Clinic, shingles is a result of having previously caught Chicken Pox. After recovering from this disease, the virus continues to live in a person’s nerves and can sometimes reactivate when you are older in the form of Shingles. Though typically people are more vulnerable to shingles after the age of 60, RHS symptoms can result in facial paralysis that includes difficulty in closing your eyes, hearing loss and …

Should women stay home and raise children? Are you outraged by the question?

I did not know, but I have learned, recently, that there is an argument about women these days. The argument that surprised me is whether women should work in careers, out of the home, or if they should stay at home and raise children. Apparently, this is a fierce argument, for some people. Who knew?: So, what are the best answers? a) No b) Yes c) How dare you ask the question? No: Feminists struggled for decades to liberate women, and they should be free to work in careers and to make money, just like men. I think we know the rest of the story … Yes: A woman should build a family, with her husband. Families work better when the best nurturing partner stays home to raise the next generation. I think we know that old story … What?: How can I write about this topic, in this year? Haven’t we progressed past these old arguments? What is my best answer? We need to see our sickness. We have a bigger problem: our need …

Survey suggests people are starting to prefer non-denominational churches

Though my wife and I attend a denominational, church, which we enjoy, recent polling suggests a cultural shift is taking place as people seem to be moving away from denominational churches, to independent or nondenominational churches. In a survey of over 1,000 preselected people, Lifeway Research found that when denominational names were part of a church’s name, significant percentages of people were no longer interested in attending that particular church. The survey found: 51% said they would not be interested in a particular church if Pentecostal was part of its name; 48% were not interested if Catholic was part of the church name; 47% did not feel the church was for them if its name included Lutheran or Methodist; 46% said they were uninterested if Southern Baptist, Assemblies of God or Presbyterian were part of the name; and 43% felt they would not be interested if the church name included Baptist. According to the Christian Post, this seems to be part of a growing trend of people preferring nondenominational churches. A study conducted in 2015 …

The intimidation continues

With a leaked draft decision suggesting the Supreme Court is considering overturning the Roe vs Wade abortion law, some allege that left-wing and pro-abortion extremists are taking their intimidation of the Supreme Court Justices to the next level. The message, which included a photo of a billboard near the school where the children of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh attend, was posted on the same day Nicholas John Roske was arrested for allegedly plotting to kill Justice Kavanaugh. The Blaze reports: Ruth Sent Us, the far-left group that publicized the addresses of conservative-leaning Supreme Court justices, sent the family of Justice Brett Kavanaugh a “special message” on Wednesday. After announcing more protests outside the homes of Chief Justice John Roberts and Justices Samuel Alito, Amy Coney Barrett, and Kavanaugh, Ruth Sent Us posted a picture of a billboard outside of the school where Kavanaugh’s daughters attend.“ A special message for Ashley Kavanaugh and your daughters — this billboard was on your school grounds. We feel for you,” the far-left org said. The group added that …

Looming famine and food shortages?

In Jesus’ description of the end times, Christ said there will be several signs indicating that the countdown to His second coming has started: 6 And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. 7 For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places. 8 All these are the beginning of sorrows. (Matthew 24:6-8 NKJV) And when you look at this list, we can add checkmarks to what is happening today. Jesus talked about: Wars and rumors of wars [✔]; Plagues (Covid, MonkeyPox) [✔]; Earthquakes [✔]; and also famines. This has left some wondering if we have entered this phase of the end times. And with the recent events, several experts have issued warnings of the potential for famine and food shortages. Famine warning A recent report by the UN’s Food and Agriculture Organization warned there is a risk of 49 million people living in …
